They are trying to do the place up the rooms are no better after the “remodel”. Cockroaches, tv remotes that don’t work, the complimentary breakfast does not exist, asking the receptionist if she knew that nothing worked in the “breakfast room “. They had Somme it set up for coffee, juice, waffles, chilled water etc, and nothing worked. She just shrugged her shoulders The bed was comfortable. But the toilet that was not attached to the floor, the water tasted like it had dirt in it. Ive stayed there before but was aware it was being remodeled so we gave it another chance…never again, it’s terrible.

If you can at all afford to stay elsewhere then do. I can totally afford more offered I’d go as cheap as possible, how bad could it be. In area hotel staff have to be behind glass. Litterslly open door in glass to give you towels. Bigs in my room. Shower dirty with hair and crud. Tub didn’t drain and gross stuff came up when it tried to drain. Same thing for sink drain. Refrigerator didn’t work. Had a door between the two room for adjoining rooms. I didn’t have adjoining room but people next door had 2 small dogs barking non stop from 8 pm - 10 pm. Dogs may have still been barking but I don’t know because they man and woman with small child above were niw in a fight about to be one domestic violence. Went to lobby reported fight and had them move me rooms. New room smelled weird and was dirty but sink and shower drained and refrigerator worked.

I was quite disappointed in the property as the place of being remodeled and we ended up in a room that by the remodel there was absolutely nowhere to hang up a coat or clothes or anything like that at all the floor had a white powder all over it everywhere it was the drywall had not been cleaned up at all in the room The lightbulbs were out the TV did not work and when we called the front desk she said she couldn’t leave because she was the only one there and there was nothing she could do about it everyone was booked. So I was quite disappointed in all of it and the fact that we were not taken care of when we were there. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Loud and noisy most of the night. People shouting, doors banging, car alarms. Also terrible towels, one little soap, and holes in walls with a remote that did not work.

Our Company had crews staying here and the rooms had cockroaches.I contacted Hotel and they said no manager was there to handle getting a refund.

Came inside to my food gone and stuff moved around when I came back inside and the house keepers tried to say they didn’t do it but they was the only ones inside

Staff always polite. Clean rooms. Didnt like that the washer n dryer are always out of service. And vending machine stays empty.

Room 214 in need of updating. Toilet bowl was gross. The cleaning staff looks like they do minimal. Floor needed cleaning. A simple mop would work.

There are better options!
The hotel is run down. There was no gym and the laundry was out of order. Definitely no frills! The breakfast was very basic, I had to ask for room service. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Floor seemed to have flooded. The flooring was uneven, bowing and totally loose by the door. The hair dryer was broken. I informed the clerk when I left and she was concerned and wrote it down.

Its a decent property, very laid-back and quiet. My problem was the roaches, even after a room change it was the same. They were coming out of lamps , smoke detector, tv , and the headboard.

Just okay for my 1 night stay
Drapes hanging, bedspread stained and had holes, bathroom door very scratched and gouged. Many cigarettes butts littering parking area.
