I found that here was a food package used by the past customer between the bad and the wall. I ordered a crib and the housekeeper brought me it. But, it is the only crib and no sheets and towels. I expected them to bring the sleeping set for my baby, including crib, because I expected that this hotel has a good hospitality... Any way, the other points are very good. The room design, illuminated facilities and door men are so satisfying with me.

I definitely recommend this hotel! Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing, food was delicious, hotel itself was amazing. They went above and beyond! My daughter graduated this weekend from the GGU, and my husband retired from 30 years Active Duty service (US Navy); when we checked into our rooms they had set up a complimentary charcuterie board and bottle of champagne.. along with a card. I highly recommend this hotel! It won’t disappoint

The amenities that are “promised” are by request. I had to wait over an hour to get a mini fridge brought to the room. They asked if they should bring a microwave too. So not only do you need to request the amenities the internet service is terrible for a place with this rating and price. I’m shocked to be honest.

This was a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. It’s in a great location walkable to the Embarcadero, Ferry Building and China Town. They do allow pets which is nice for our fur babies but be careful to ask for deep cleaning if you have allergies. The restaurant and bar close very early on Saturdays so plan accordingly. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had an enjoyable stay.

I loved this hotel very much. It was gorgeous and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but we had one incident that was completely unacceptable and was never resolved. We had a man enter our room randomly without knocking. Turned out he was from the landscaping crew and wanted to get on the small patio outside our room. He never knocked and spoke only Spanish. I was beyond livid ! In no way or in no situation was this acceptable ! I was in the bathroom they faced the door and my husband was dressed but laying on the bed watching TV. It was 8 am in the morning ! We called to speak with a manager but was told they were in a meeting. Nobody ever called and nothing was done about it. Had I been alone … or worse, in the shower - I would have sued the hotel ! Remove that incident and I loved it. Gorgeous hotel. No restaurant or area to have a drink but we found a local area.

Great hotel, superb service, convenient albeit super-expensive parking, BUT unfortunately the financial district is fairly sterile and unpopulated, except for transients, occasional tourists, and touristy restaurants and shops. It didn’t have much life to it, and walking from here seemed a bit sketchy, with the Bart barely better.

Classic style hotel in the financial district. Staff were very professional and helpful, oc all very clean. The Decor and general style were dated/ classic chic. The neighborhood was clean and safe. But at the weekend was very quiet with few places open and had a walk some distance to find an open coffee shop etc.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice. I appreciated the free morning coffee. Our room was clean. I had a room with two queen beds, but the beds were quite a bit narrower than a regular queen. The restaurant they have in the hotel is unreasonably overpriced. I paid $124 for three breakfasts! Overall, I would definitely stay there again, but I’ll go eat elsewhere:)

The hotel decor reminds me of beautiful hotels I stayed in as a child in San Francisco. It is well maintained and has all the amenities I needed. The staff is incredible. Everyone was so nice and welcoming whenever we walked in the front door. The bellman, front desk, manager on duty were so nice. I like being able to get bottles of water whenever we asked. One note the shower head in room 1528 needs to be adjusted-it was almost hitting the back wall of the bathtub! an adustable head would be nice. Loved the personal note by the cleaning staff as well!

Love the hotel and staff. Only one negative we had the do not disturb sign was up and we had a knock on our door by housekeeper the day we’re going to leave. We had not checked out yet. Other than that our stay was nice.
