ホテルは普通、フロント担当者のトレーニング不足。
フロント担当者が全くフレンドリーではない、ラゲージ等車から運ぶ際もとてもラフな扱い方。　駐車場を尋ねた際もパブリックパーキングの場所についても説明不十分。 チェックインした際のインフォメーションも特に説明なし、部屋に入ってからWi-Fi#,アイスがある場所、他など…….付近のマップもなし、併せて冷蔵庫がないのが、残念。

便利な場所
フロントスタッフの対応がとても親切だった 便利な場所で、動きやすかった 空港から48ドルプラスチップでホテルに着いた 四人でタクシーに乗ったので、安くて便利だった

朝食付き、清潔で立地の良いホテル
部屋は毎日きれいにクリーニングされており快適だった。私がフロントに置き忘れた荷物を部屋まで届けてくれたり、とても対応が親切である。朝食がついているのもありがたい。

隣のビルの地下で毎日ライブが実施されていたので、夜9時から夜中12時半頃まで非常にうるさかった。 耳栓が置いてあったのでなぜ？と思ったけれどそういうことだったのです。 13：00頃にチェックインできてうれしかったのですが、早く入れる部屋には是非気をつけてください。

I loved the room. Bed clean and comfortable. Loved Dove products. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast was great-simple scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, various breads, juices and fruits. Kids loved the pancake machine..

buona soluzione
In super centro dietro union Square, piccolo ma grazioso. camera pulita, ampia e silenziosa. Letti comodi e bel bagno con accessori bagno (non sempre presenti in USA). Non dispone di una vera hall ma la nota un pò negativa è la zona colazione che è molto piccola e bisogna atenedre alle volte. Colazione nello standard. Ottimo il servizio parking.

Très beau séjour! Petit déjeuner inclus, chambres propres, bien insonorisé, sécuritaire. Hôtel bien situé dans Union Square, à proximité de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Un peu bruyant à l’extérieur, considérant que l’hôtel est situé au centre-ville.

Very good room. Excellent staff. Easy breakfast. Good public transport options. Only downside was the proximity to the increasing numbers of homeless in the city which was a reminder that something needs to be done to look after the most vulnerable rather than minimising tax for the wealthy.

En general bien, el servicio y la limpieza bien, el desayuno bien y la ubicación excelente. Lo malo es que el agua de la regadera nunca estuvo caliente, para el frío que hacía el agua tibia no era sufieciente.

Everything was excellent except the adjacent Hilton Hotel and Conference Center on O’Farrell. Employees at the loading dock would work at all hours of the night moving trash with forklifts, using leaf blowers, etc. Was woken up two mornings in a row at 3:30AM. Would stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.
