便利なロケーションで、朝食があるのはありがたかったし、スタッフは皆さん感じが良かったです。建物が古く、Wi-Fiが弱く、エレベーターに閉じ込められてしまった点で減点させてもらいました。

エレベーターの老朽化がひどい
朝、出かけようとしたら、エレベーターに閉じ込められてしまいました。従業員さんは対応してくれなかったので、エレベーター内から消防に連絡して開けてもらいました。怖いので、毎回階段で上り下りすることにしました。お風呂も蓋ができないため、お湯を溜められませんでした。本当にがっかりな旅行になってしまいました。早急にエレベーターを修理してください。

We helped you with luggage when you checked out, as it was more comfortable for you to take the stairs. 外の通りに面している部屋でしたが、この日は、さほどうるさくはなかった。娘2人と3人で旅行、モンゴメリー駅から歩いてチェックインしました。夕方に着いたので、外は寒く、ホテルの看板があまり目立たなかったので、探すのに少し大変でした。 アメニティーもドライヤーも付いていて、充分でした。部屋の匂いは入ったときに感じましたが、滞在中はそれほど感じませんでした。 Wi-Fiはやはり弱かったです。 でも、朝食はとてもよかったです。オレンジジュースがおいしかった。

Great room great hospitality
Location...Conveniently located, only two blocks from Union Square. No trouble in finding a nice restaurant. Room...Spacious enough for a solo traveler. I am glad that there was a bathtab. Also, I like the linen of the bed. Very comfortable and I could have a good sleep. Service...Excelent. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had a free wine tasting in the evening at which I could had Napa wine. When my card keys stopped working for some reason, the staff helped me out quickly. Thank you so much, @Punya.

The place was good, if you’re mostly walking around SanFo this is the better place to checkin. Old and vintage room but it’s worth the pay. It’s accessible and the next street, cable cars stop. Near Union Square and chinatown. Gonna back for sure.

Great place to stay for Bay2Breakers! Nice clean room and perfect pre-run breakfast! We had a wonderful Italian dinner within a 2 min walk. We were able to unload the car and park in a nearby garage for $44/day.

Initially booked this place for 3 days because I’m new to the area and didn’t know if the area was good. But my trip was amazing and I extended my stay twice! The staff is great, breakfast is filling and location is perfect.

Very welcoming entry area, room was very clean and the space was very efficiently organized so that even as a small room, it had a full bathroom with tub and shower, including a separate sink/mirror plus another separate area with counter and mirror, with a tiny pod coffee maker. The bed was comfy with many pillows to choose from; and there was a desk with chair for working. The only flaw was the heater/A/C which kept running about every 15 minutes.

We loved our stay at this place . The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very good . The hotel is well located and there is varied parking places to choose from. The only thing I wish was that the bedroom we stay had a mirror outside of the restroom, but it work ok. Besides that I hardly recommend this hotel.

We didn’t enjoy our stay at this hotel because we were uncomfortable and the rooms are really small and bathroom feel really tiny. The only thing we liked was the breakfast and the dinning area other then that we will not be returning there
