空港が近いので、深夜まで飛行機の音が聞こえます。スタッフに非常に事務的な方がいます。 でも、ワッフルを自分で焼いたり、ハンバーガーやサンドを自分で好きなものを選んで食べられるのはうれしい。

The hotel was nice with great staff but they clearly don’t clean as well as they should. The hand soap was already opened and used , the shower floor was very dirty and it felt as if I was walking on crumbs so clearly the carpet was not vacuumed.

When I first arrived to my room, it wasn’t clean. The beds weren’t made so I called downstairs and they upgraded me for free for to a suite so I was excited about that. It was just me and my daughter for the weekend when we arrived to our suite, we noticed that the curtains were ripped, but we didn’t care so much about it. We really cared about that. It seemed dirty still so we got some wipes sanitized it and yes sure enough we were right anyways we weren’t gonna be in the room much so we just let it go we left and when we came back, we were fixing to pull out Sofa bed and when we realize that it was very disgusting, it looked like there was a murder scene on the mattress someone peed on it and never cleaned it. It was super disgusting and gross. I called downstairs and they said that at the moment there was no rooms they could give us so me and my daughter just squeezed ourselfes into the bed , but the whole time we were grossed out and I let them know they took $30 off my bill which I don’t think was even enough. I will never stay here again. The room smell, musty and the linen is dirty. If you do stay here and bring your own linen n pillows.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for your concerns. We actually have protectors on all beds. This protects the mattresses from stains and spills. If so, we can just replace the protector. It looks like the protector was removed from the previous guest. As they also damaged the sheer curtains. The stain on the mattress was from coffee and will be rectified.

This hotel is decent. Staff was nice. Parking is good and very cheap ($10) per day and we left our car for a week. Bed was absolutely terrible. Couldn't sleep hardly at all. The bed a rock hard. Breakfast sucked. PROS-- So overall clean, nice staff and cheap airport parking...CONS---- terrible beds and crappy breakfast

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt the bed was absolutely terrible. Sorry to hear the breakfast was crappy. However, we provide a large complimentary buffet breakfast. with items that include, eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, breads, muffins, yogurt, fruits, juices, coffee, and teas.

Parking can be a problem. There is no actual restaurant. Breakfast eggs are not made from eggs, but from a mysterious prepackaged liquid, kind of unappetizing. Staff could be more personable. Not the worst hotel.

The sink was clogged and I needed to find something to manually pry the drain open after each use (hand washing, rinsing items, wetting and rinsing tooth brush) Room was non smoking but smelled like smoke air conditioning did not work. Fan only but wouldn’t stay on. It was warm. Alarm clock went off at 6 am and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off Breakfast menu next to dining area said there were items that were not out Stains in shower, towels and on carpet There was a bar of soap still on the soap dispenser in the shower (not from me) Only silver lining is ALL staff members were polite, helpful and kind. Everyone from cooks,housekeepers, maintenance, front desk. No complaints on staff but will definitely not stay here again. Not sure how the rating is so high.

Close to the airport and reasonably priced, but the room was tiny and furniture had stains on it. They allowed me to park my car there for a fee after my flight, which was convenient and cheaper than long term airport parking, but the staff seemed like they struggled with customer needs after waiting 20 minutes behind other customers...

All went well, and I was given a quiet room, just what I needed. I liked being easily able to turn off/on the heating/AC. Breakfast is minimal as there are only minimal staff, keeping costs low - a better breakfast can be had for cost at the airport which I think I'll do next time. Thank you for a decent place to stay.

The breakfast was good. The queen room assigned to me is aweful. The bathroom sink/faucet is very small. When you open the tap, water spills all over the top. I had to use towel to hold the water from spilling all over my toiletries. The sink is not flowing properly, shower head is very small. The whole bathroom is uncomfortable.

I had to stay close to San Francisco Airport for 2 guest leaving at diferente times. This was a great option, distance to Airport short, included breakfast and shuttle to airport. It can use updates but it's well kept. Parking was full but found a spot.

Loved the beautiful Waterfall feature in the lobby! I have an expensive car and I felt safe to park it there - The 4th floor where I stayed was quiet and the room was nice.

Stayed here night of 3/13 and we had a great experience the hotel let us borrow 2 cribs for our twin ten month olds and they had clean sheets for them. Breakfast was not bad & they had bbq in the afternoon a bit after we checked in. Their kitchen is being renovated they did mention that if it was open definitely would be better. Me and my partner are planning on staying here again.!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is very outdated and unfortunately the word dumpy comes to mind. The room was clean but the old carpeting and furniture did not impress. I wish they would provide at least one complementary bottle of water. I had to spend $2.50 on a water from a vending machine. On a positive note, the staff were very kind.

A nice, neat clean hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast and very reasonable price. Our only disappointment was that the airport shuttle wasn't operating during the hours we needed to get to the airport.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you won't stay here again. Surprised to hear the breakfast was awful. We actually have one of the larger complimentary Buffet breakfasts in the area. Little confused that the eggs are like frozen. They are prepared fresh every morning and then placed in the warmer. The coffee machine works fine, and the yogurt machine was empty, because some days we have the individual yogurts.

Outdated and room could be cleaner. Elevators and hallways need to be cleaned. Window in the room was broken, carpet was old and dirty. Advertised as a room for 4, but the beds are not much bigger than twins.
