"We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. "I had two double beds and both were very hard beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. I could hear the people in the next room to me very clearly & had to put earbuds in to block out the noise. Over the swim up bar and pool were very nice. Room is spacious and lots of closet space. "

"The hotel staff, rooms, accessibility to nightlife were amazing. 5*....There are a number of laundries, yes laundries who will enable you to take home clean clothes - unbelievable. The one small minus, is the club - "cruise" which is quite close to the front of the hotel, which seems to believe it is necessary to blast "music" out from 1030pm to 1am - which we found ridiculous. When we found some earplugs the problem was resolved, but this was the only minus. The hotel is clean and staff are amazing....Food/drink is relatively on a par with outside. So enjoy - we recommend..."
