As usual we spent evenings at the firepit, walked the path to the river and morning walks down the road. In between my ladies worked a puzzle, read and thoroughly made use of the hot tub. 「My elderly mother and I loved Copper Top and will definitely visit again. A few issues: (1) Numerous flies present upon check-in but not a huge deal. It's a lake house - it happens. Supply fly strips instructions on how to put some water, dish soap and vinegar in a bowl or two. They will go to it and drown. (2) King bed in master is really, really high! 「We were there to visit friends and our granddaughter came with us. We enjoyed the scavenger hunt and getting to see all the animals. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to make sure we didn't need anything. This place was very quiet and peaceful with lots to do in the area.
