良い

2週間の滞在でしたが、快適に過ごせました。部屋にはヒーターもあり、寒さを感じずにすみました。朝食のミカンジュースは美味しかったです。シャワーの水圧は弱めで、温度調節が難しい時もありました。近くにレストランや公園もあります。 Wi-Fiは弱めでした。

まずまずのホテルです。部屋は特筆すべきところはありませんがロケーションは良く。泊まってよかったです。

年明けイベント

ちょうど大みそかに泊まりましたが、ホテルの前の道で大みそかのイベントをしており、ホテルにたどり着くまでが大変でした。ただ、ホテルからすぐにイベントに参加できたため、それはそれで楽しめました。しかし、繁華街であるFoch Plazaに近く、食事には普段困らないと思います（バーなどが多く、家族連れであればそれほどメリットを感じませんが）ホテルの内装等は非常にきれいで快適に過ごすことができました。また、ポーター達の質もよかったです。

部屋良し、立地良し、サービス良し

部屋は清潔で広く快適。アメニティも完備。Wifiのつながり良好。新市街はどこにでも歩ける距離でレストラン街も近くにあり大変便利。旧市街へはバスでも容易にアクセス可能。何の文句も有りません。

快適に過ごせます

ホテルの立地が良く、交通の便も良かったです。ホテル自体は星相応ながらもそれなりに快適に過ごすことができます。ホテルスタッフの対応も良かったです。今度キトに来ることがあったら、また宿泊しても良いと感じました。

安心安全のホテルでした。周辺も静かで快適な滞在でした。近くにはおみやげ市場もあって、文句無し。スタッフの対応もとてもよく、快適でした。

We always have a good time at the hotel but I recommend change the detergent or use a better bleach. The towels don’t have a good smells

Confortável, mas barulhento

Hotel padrão, recebemos um up grade cortesia, quarto enorme e bom, mas antigo/antiquado. O único problema é o isolamento acústico das janelas. Se houve muito o barulho da avenida à frente do hotel. A foto da recepção que aparece aqui diz respeito a uma ala rebocada do prédio, sempre fechada.

Professional staff, cleaning was great! Rooms were high end and cutting edge. It was very accommodating and helpful Breakfast in the morning was to bland—needed much more variety!

I had a pleasant 10 night stay at this hotel. I feel that what I received in terms of service, quality of the accommodation and the facilities (I used the gym most days) represented excellent value when compared to other properties in the city. The continental breakfast buffet was very good and staffed by consistently attentive and efficient staff. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and would definitely return here.
