部屋のクリーニングお願いしたかったがフロントに電話がつながらず、連泊している間使用したタオルや食器が溜まっていく一方だった。 駐車場内を通って部屋に行く動線でありバックヤード感が強く、手動ドアが何枚もある点で家族連れにはつらい。スタッフもゲストの前でタバコを吸ったり足で雑巾掛けをしたりと、ホスピタリティを欠く印象。 歯ブラシも寝巻きもなくホテルとは言えない。食洗機も使えなかった。

ホテルフロントへ行くにも部屋に行くまでににも階段、段差が多く重い荷物があると大変でした。 部屋に行くまでにも一旦外を通るので雨が降っている場合は濡れます。 隣のファミリー？の部屋はとってもうるさくて 丸聞こえでした。 幸いにも英語が分からなかったのでまだ緩和されましたが… 早朝にはごみ収集？かなにかものすごい大きい音がなりびっくりました。笑 部屋自体に関しては狭いですが清掃が行き届いており、清潔感があってよかったです。 フロントは早口でしか話してくれず聞き取るのに苦労したのと、何回か聞き直すと面倒くさそうな対応されたのでちょっと気分が落ちました。 バスの時間を聞いても15分ごとしか教えてくれず最初のホテルの時は時刻表を印刷してくれた為、対応が違うなーと思いました。 立地については心配していましたがクラウンプラザホテルまできたらもうすぐだったので中心から10分くらいで 体感としては意外と近いな！っとなりました。 ホテルから中心街に歩く時は最初は少し暗いので足元に気をつけてください。 その分、星が沢山みれてよかたったです。 総合的には 清潔感を第1に考えてる私からすると満足でした。 次来る時もぜひ泊まりたいとおもいます、

ホテルでのんびり出来ます
チェックイン時間を過ぎていましたが、部屋の準備がまだなのでと、待っている間にコーヒーを出してくれたり、フロントの人は親切で対応もスムーズでした。結局、最初に言われた部屋番号より上の階の部屋になりました。バスルームの床には暖房がはいっているようで、シャワーの後も寒くなったりしませんでした。一つだけ残念だったのは、水道管の調子が悪かったのか洗面所の水が一時出が悪くなってその後、ゴボゴボと水道工事の直後に水を出したときのような感じで茶色い水が。。。しばらく出し続けていたら徐々に水は澄んできましたが、シャワーは普通にきれいな水だったので、なんだったんでしょう。ちなみにホテルのレストランには窓がなくて景色は見えません。それ以外は特に問題はなかったです。フロントのある棟と中庭を挟んで別棟があります。私は別棟の方でした。街の中心からは少し歩きますが、逆に静かで良いと思います。湖の目の前なので天気がよければ朝の散歩とか気持ちいいと思います。

清潔感溢れるとてもリッチな気持ちにさせてくれるホテルでした。 スタッフもとても親切でチェックインからチェックアウトまでとても快適に過ごせました。 街の中心ではないものの、ワカティプ湖沿いを数百メートルも歩けばすぐ着くのでアクセスもとても良いホテルです。 部屋も広く兎に角快適に過ごせるホテルなので、またクイーンズタウンに泊まる際は必ず泊まろうと思います。 お勧めの宿です！

2beds room lake viewルームに滞在しました。 旅程の都合で2泊しかできなかったのですが、大満足です。 何より部屋から臨むワカティプ湖は本当に素敵です。 キッチンなどの施設も充実しており、もっと長期間滞在したかったです。 年末年始でカウントダウンの花火もバルコニーから見ることができ、本当に素敵な年越しを過ごすことができました。 レイトチェックアウトなどスタッフの方も親身に相談にのってくださり、助かりました。 クイーンズタウン中心地までは徒歩で約5分ほどです。 中心地にもっと近いホテルもあるので、立地重視の方にはそちらのホテルの方が良いかもしれません。 中心地に近く、なおかつ湖の綺麗な景色を楽しまれたい方にはお勧めです。

安い部屋でしたが、ベッドルームとリビングがわかれていて広く、湖を眺められてよかったです。ただ、テラスに出ると隣室の部屋が丸見えになるので、テラスで眺めを楽しむことはできませんでしたし、広くて使い勝手が悪いと感じました。 チェストの中は掃除が行き届いておらず、前の宿泊客が使ったものやゴミが入ったままでした。チェックイン時、フロントスタッフが女性1名で、ほかにも宿泊客が何かを待っていたため、説明が早口で丁寧ではありませんでした。英語が苦手な方、日本のホテルの対応を基準に考えている方は、乱暴な印象を受けると思います。ほかのフロントスタッフの対応はよかったです。 空港ホテル間を往復する無料送迎シャトルバスがないので、不便でした。

窓から湖が見える、とても綺麗なホテルでした。夜も冷えるクイーンズタウンですが、ベッドには電気毛布が敷かれてあり、部屋も暖かかったです。バスタブがないのと、Wi-fiが無料で使えないことが少し残念でした。朝食は、コンチネンタルではなく、スタンダードの方でしたが、ハムやチーズなどとてもおいしかったですし、紅茶の茶葉の種類もたくさんあってよかったです。1泊の値段は高めですが、それに見合ったレベルのホテルだと感じました。

【立地】 ・空港からTaxiで$43 ・街の中心部、Groceryまで徒歩10分以内 【設備】 12月25-27日は612号室で、中庭に面しており、出入りも窓も庭側、景色はいまいち。 シングルベッド2台、クィーンサイズ1台、シャワーとトイレが1箇所でしたので、家族4人で泊まる最低条件ですが、 1泊約27000円で朝食付きなのでまずまずです。朝食に1人$10追加すれば卵や肉も食べられますが、 飲物、シリアル、パンとサンドイッチができるほどのハムとかチーズ、フルーツがありましたので追加なしで十分かと。 12月28-29日は912号室で、角部屋なので窓も大きく広く、テーブルと椅子が置ける広さのベランダに出ると クイーンズタウンの町と湖が一望できるとても景色のよい部屋です。 シングルベッド2台、キングサイズ1台、シャワーと別部屋にバスタブ付きシャワー、トイレが2箇所でしたので、 家族4人で泊まるには十分です。 1泊約38000円で朝食付きですが、部屋を指定できるなら9階か10階の部屋をお勧めします。

We loved the location and views. The size of the apartment was good. The furniture was outdated. The carpet in the lounge was stained. There was no aircon in the main room or second bedroom. The single beds were very narrow for adult children. Parking was not included in booking but available for a fee. There was no housekeeping unless requested. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent Hotel in great location.
Excellent 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the lake with a stunning view of the Remarkable’s. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Only downside was they charge for onsite parking which given the cost of the room felt a little greedy.

The property is very run down. It is not worth it it charges for the accommodation. We booked two rooms for our family for 3 nights and paid over $2000. When we checked in, we got booking of one room in the front building and another room in the rear building and this room was at the worst possible location. This is terrible.

This was one of those rare times when we found the room to be better than the pictures on the internet. The room we had was spacious with exceptional views of the lake through the large windows and sliding doors. The room made our Queenstown experience that bit more special.

Really nice, big room and super comfortable bed. However room was let down by there being a connecting door to the next room which meant I could hear every single conversation and noise from the other room with perfect clarity - very annoying. The curtains did not keep all the light out either and there was no temperature control. TVs could do with being modernised. Good bathroom but shower did not drain properly and flooded bathroom floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast spread. After many weeks travelling appreciates the free laundry service. Great location on the lakefront with beautiful view.

Staying at Pepper's Beacon was really lovely! The property and views were very beautiful. The staff were all polite, communicable, informative and approachable. Despite the minor inconvenience that the hotel was going through current construction, meaning that floors 6-10 were accessible through a car park (take one lift up, walk across the car park, take another lift up), this did not deter the accessibility. The only downside is that Queenstown currently has a drinking water ban, and the hotel was unable to provide drinking water to any of the guests. The only advice they had was to purchase water at nearby grocers or boil the tap water we had in our rooms.

The staff led by Lana were extremely helpful especially as I was incapacitated during our visit due to an injury. They were attentive to our needs. Whilst the room and furnishings were adequate for our needs the addition of a Microwave Oven and crockery and cutlery would have added to this experience. Overall, generally satisfactory
