地下鉄駅から近く、空港からのアクセスが良いです。また観光スポットの旧市街広場がすぐそこで朝早くから夜遅くまで街歩きを楽しめます。問い合わせをしたとこら、予約の部屋には、バスタブがなかったので、料金プラスで、クイーズベッドの部屋にグレードアップをお願いしました。ホテルの設備は、新しくデザインセンスがよく、スタッフさんんもスマートな外観で、フレンドリーな対応でした。スパ等のオプションは未利用なので、わかりません。お安くはないですが、快適な旅になり満足てす。

空港から市バスで1回乗り換えてからの駅からも近く、旧市街地にも近い。抜群のロケーション。スパやサウナ、ジム、プレイルーム等の施設も充実。

スタイリッシュなホテル

部屋の広さは決して大きい方ではないが、清潔感、スタッフの心配りが心地よいホテルです。またプラハに来る機会があれば、このホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

立地は旧市街広場から１分と申し分ありません。ホテルの設備、サービス、朝食も最高でした。カードキーのトラブルがありましたが、エリカマネジャーが機敏に対してくれ不安なく解決しました。

楽しく快適でした！！

・従業員が親切。最終日の朝、出発が早かったので朝食を食べることが出来なかったのだが、従業員の方から「朝食はどうする？」と聞いてきた。・地下に宿泊者専用の飲み放題のラウンジがあった・従業員に美男美女が多い・とてもおしゃれな感じで、ホテルというより隠れ家という感じがした。・途中、一泊他のホテルに宿泊したのだが、その間スーツケースを預かってくれ、戻って来た時は、再び部屋に運んでおいてくれた・地下鉄のstaromestska駅にわりと近い・両替所が近い・立地が良い・通りに面している部屋だったが、二重窓になっていた。・チョコレートの差し入れと天気予報を印刷した紙が毎日届いた。・バスソルト、シャンプーコンディショナー(一体型)、コットンと綿棒、シャワージェル、ボディローション、室内スリッパ、バスローブ、ドライヤー、湯沸かしポット、エスプレッソマシン、石鹸などがあった。歯ブラシはなし。

町の中心でアクセスしやすい

地下鉄の乗り場に近く、観光地にも近く、とても便利でした。朝食もアメリカンスタイルのビュッフェ方式でしたので大変おいしいものばかりでした。しいて上げれば、併設のステーキレストランの価格が高いことです。少し離れたレストランはリーズナブルなところも多いのでそちらで食べた方がよかったかもしれません。3月は気温がまだ寒く、外出できない時はホテル内で食べようとする時、躊躇する価格です。それとミディアムを頼んだのですが、少し焼きすぎだったかもしれません。日本と違ってステーキの横に付く野菜の付け合わせがぜんぜんないので寂しく思いました。　でも、スタッフはとても親切で愛想がよかった。この国のみやげ店の店員に笑顔がほとんどなかったことから暗い印象をもちましたが、このホテルのスタッフは、よく教育されていました。

旧市街広場に近く、観光、プラハマラソンには最高のロケーション。

スタッフ全員が若く、宿泊者への対応、トラブル、疑問点など全ての面でおもてなしの態度で活き活きと対応してくれる。朝食のバイキングも、選択種類が多くヨーグルト、クロワッサンは絶品。毎日食べても飽きない。部屋、隣接レストラン、ラウンジもセンスの良さが光る。

旧市街の散策には便利。旧市街広場やカレル橋にも近い。地下鉄の駅やトラムの停留所にも近い。（地下鉄駅にはエレベーターやエスカレーターがなく、ホテルまでの道は石畳のため、重いスーツケースを引くのが少し大変でした。）新しいホテルで内装はモダン。清潔で快適に過ごせます。朝食ビュッフェはメニューが多く、楽しめました。ホテルのスタッフは皆若く親切。英語で話せます。

旧市街地にも地下鉄トラム駅にも近いデザイナーホテル

バロック的なゴテゴテとした装飾のあるホテルには泊まりたくなかったので、内装がモダンで、バスタブがついているホテル、そして、旧市街地にちかいホテルとして選び計3泊しました。ホテル自体は「Wホテル」にインスパイアされてる感じて、とても上品で落ち着いた感じでした。スタッフさんもやる気が感じられて活き活きとしていました。ホテル自体が新しいようで部屋は新築のような雰囲気でした。あえて欠点をあげるとすれば、NHKが映らないこと、ミニバーが小さめで余り物がはいらないこと、引き出しに便箋はあるも、封筒がなかったこと、くらいでしょうか。でもこの部分は、大多数の人は気にならないと思います。旧市街地の広場やカレル橋まで歩いて5分。途中に有名な両替店があるので便利です。またメトロや地下鉄駅も5分以内で到着。近くにスーパーもあるので水も買えます。食事中、ブレーカーが上がって停電することがありましたが、ビュッフェも種類は多くないものの、満足行くものでした。次回もここにまた泊まりたいです。

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to Old Town. Josef, the concierge could not have been more helpful with his suggestions and offers of assistance. The doorman was equally helpful with welcoming us and helping us with our bags. Indeed, ALL the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Due to our planned itinerary we did not use the hotel facilities to their full but I have not hesitation in believing that they would have been upto the standard that we experienced. Our room was well appointed , clean and modern. To top off our short stay, the hotel noted that it was my wife’s birthday on the day of our leaving and invited us to a birthday breakfast. This was entirely of their wish, there was no hint from either of us. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I feel it would be wrong of me not to write a genuine view of an exceptional hotel.!

We loved the location. It was right around the corner of the main square. Shopping and dining options are plentiful. The cons were coffee available in the basement accessed with room key but then because it’s in the basement accessed with room key trough the elevator it was difficult to get 2 cups of coffee back to the room. Also the air conditioning was not in service they say. Room was warm and the fan at the thermostat wouldn’t kick in. Very warm to sleep in at night. They gave the excuse that the whole hotel was not turned over from winter to summer yet? Wake answer. If we would have know we could use the thermostat independently of every other room, we would have never booked here. Disappointed in their explanation. Hopefully if we ever come back they will have addressed that.

Très bonne expérience

L’expérience était bien en général, équipe très coopérative et à l’écoute (surtout le concierge que je remercie énormément). Le seul point négatif est le petit déjeuner, une refonte organisationnelle est inévitable.

I usually never leave any reviews, I was expecting a good stay as I did read what other people Had to say about this property and of course it looked like an amazing hotel! But wow!!!! I was blown away; first with location, I swear it couldn’t get better!! Second; the room was soooo spacious! And it has everything you’ll need to feel at home away from home! I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here if I were to come back to Prague!

Dusty-Musty pied-à-terre

We stayed at a pied-à-terre category room with a small, Romeo and Juliet balcony. The room itself was very small, with just enough space for the double-bed. The balcony, as well, was very tiny, it was not a balcony, more like a little extension to the windows. I couldn’t fit to stand on it and close the doors behind me. Eventually, we got claustrophobic. The heavy musty smell lingered in the room at all times, even after the use of abundance of air fresheners by the housekeeping to mask it. Over and above that, the room was extremely dusty, with the particles flying in the air from settled dust. The only advantage was the location of the hotel. A stone’s throw from the Old Town Square. That’s it. Also, service at the reception and concierge desks were excellent. I will not come back.
