良いと思います
地下鉄A線とB線のムーステク駅から徒歩5分程と近いです。 旧市街広場へ徒歩2分程度、他の観光名所にも近く、観光に便利な位置にあります。 ホテル内も部屋も豪華な内装で素敵でしたし、清掃もきちんとされていました。 スタッフさんの対応もよかったです。 ただ、朝食後に部屋に戻った際にドアが壊れ部屋に入れなくなるトラブルがありました。 業者さんを呼ぶとのことで1時間弱ホテル内のカフェで待つことに。 その日はプラハを観光する日だったのでよかったものの飛行機で移動する日だったら･･･と考えると緊張したので、また壊れることを考えると部屋を変えて欲しかったのですが、変えてはもらえませんでした。 また、トラブルや待たせたことへの謝罪やお礼もなく、ないことは構わないのですが、5つ星でこのサービスはないのではと残念に思いました。 コロナの影響でレストランが全て閉まっていたためホテル内のレストランを利用しましたがどれも見た目も美しく味もよかったです。 朝食はビュッフェは品数が少なかったのですが(コロナの影響で宿泊客が少なかったせいかもしれません)メインを注文できるのでそれだけでも量も味も満足するものでした。

フロントに入った瞬間、ゴージャスな印象があり滞在への期待感が膨らみました。 しかし、実際に泊まってみると、全体的に5つ星ホテルには届いていない感じがしました。 まず、スタッフのサービス。これは率直に満足に程遠い感想。フロント、レストラン(朝食)含めて、最低限の対応と感じ、ホスピタリティを感じるものではなかったです。

完璧なホテル！
立地、サービス、部屋の設備とすべてが素晴らしく、ヨーロッパのホテルでこのコスパは最高でした。朝食のブッフェはメニューが豊富で日替わりメニューもある他、とても美味しいので3泊しましたが毎朝楽しみました！スタッフも親切で、ホテルの内装も美しく清潔でした。

歴史を感じる建物、リノベーションされていて綺麗、快適、お勧め。
歴史ある建物に泊まることができて、貴重な体験になります。 場所は少しわかりづらいが、周辺には食事やマッサージ、お土産、教会等、、、立地最高です。 従業員の方は親切な方もいれば、そうでない人もいました、、 例えば、スーツケースを持って到着しても気付かない、何も言わない人がいたり、 従業員同士で話していて、こっちが待っているとか、ラフな感じがあり、 国や文化が違うと接客も違うのかな？と思ってしまいました。 世界の様々なピンからきりまでホテルに泊まった経験があり、 様々なサービスを受けましたが残念な接客対応もありました。 あまり接客に神経質にならない人は大丈夫だと思います・ 部屋は広く、バスタブがあるので旅の疲れが癒されます。 朝食は最高でした。

Classic and so sweet
All the stuff were so kind and inside of the hotel were perfectly decorated with Christmas things. It was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed.

中心街の便利なホテル
天文時計やカレル橋、プラハ城など市内の主要な観光施設までは徒歩圏で、観光に便利です。部屋は少々古いのですが、清潔に保たれています。朝食は一般的なビュッフェで、可もなく不可もない内容です。私が滞在したのは10月初旬で、すでに現地は肌寒く、朝晩は暖房が欲しかったのですが、エアコンがうまく機能せず、滞在中は寒い思いをしました。プラハの旧市街エリアはほとんど観光客向けの店舗しかありませんので、ホテル近隣で飲料、食料品を調達したりレストランで飲食する場合は、日本並みかそれ以上の価格になります。交通の便を優先する方にはお勧めです。

観光に最高の立地
プラハの象徴である時計塔に徒歩2分、人通りも多く、夜中まで観光に出歩いてもあまり不安を感じませんでした。 北へ数分でレートの良い両替店に、西へ数分でカレル橋へ、南へ数分でヴァーツラフ広場、というように、どこへいくにも何をするにも非常に便利でした。 正面には鴨料理の有名店もあります。 中庭の雰囲気も良く、毎日の朝食が楽しみでした。 部屋は、Iron gate suite のカテゴリで申し込んで313号室、中庭を望む最高階。 窓からはティーン教会の尖塔も見えました。 リビング、寝室、バスルームそれぞれ充分に広かったです。 リビングの天井に古い装飾絵が残されており、まさに世界遺産の真ん中に宿泊していることを実感できました。 ただしサーヴィスについてはムラがあり、非常に感じのいい働き者のスタッフと、共産下時代の生き残りのようなむっつりしたスタッフとが混在しているように感じました。

入り口がさりげないので注意していないと通り過ぎでしま位相ですが、住所を見ながら探していたのですぐにわかりました。 エントラスも小さめですが可愛らしく、アットホームな感じで良かったです。 ウェルカムドリンク付きで、外で食事を終えてから部屋に戻る前にスパークリングワインを頂きました。 部屋内にはミニバーがあり、水も有料だったので飲み物は持参して行った方がいいです。 ただ冷蔵庫の中もいっぱいだったので使用するなら一部を出さないといけません。 旧市街から近いのに1つ中の通りに入ったからか夜もとても静かで良くて寝れました。 立地もバツグンで買い物、食事、観光ととても便利でした。 チェックアウトもスムーズで荷物を預かってもらうのもこちらから言う前に対応してくれ、対応も良かったです。 朝食も7時〜10時までと長く、パン・ハム・チーズ・デザートと朝食としては十分でした。 アルコール類も中心地のホテルにしては良心的な価格でした。 またプラハに行く際は利用したいです。

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The air conditioning system did not work well. It blew heat so that every night was a sweat drenched experience. They moved me to another room where the thermostat didn’t work properly no matter what setting I used it blew cold air constantly. The bed and pillows were so hard it was like sleeping on plywood. I would not recomnebd this hotel.

Nice stay. Enjoyed the restaurant as food was excellent especially the deer choice. Desert choices were nice. We stayed in room 4 and 5. Hot water in room 5 was fine but had to run water for over 5 minutes in room 4 every time before the hot water came. Water unfortunately wasted.

Our room was clean and economical. The hotel is located within walking distance of Nyhavn. It’s also super close to restaurants and stores. We literally walked to Tivoli with our little one from the hotel… streets were quiet and super safe at night. Highly recommend staying here..

The property was wonderful. The room I was allocated was not comfortable as the bedroom was in a loft and it was difficult to get in and out of bed without stooping low so you did not hit your head. The loft was much too small to accommodate a King bed. Also, the loft did not receive any of the cool air from the main level. It was quaint but inconvenient and somewhat uncomfortable. The people were extremely friendly at the front desk. Very nice hotel — just not a nice room.

Loved this hotel! The location was excellent - easy walking to everything! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - we were in the back of the hotel and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing - so much food! Everything about our stay was wonderful - would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Prague!

Alles top, besonders Cocktail bar und Valet Service. Nur eine Sache: ich hatte noch nirgendwo so ein schlechtes Orangensaft beim Frühstück getrunken. Auch in billigen Hotels. Es ist mir unverständlich, dass man in einem solchen Hotel auf sowas sparen will.

Stayed in Jr Suite. Lots of room and space. Very stylish and fitting ambiance for Prague Centre. Very quiet at night. Great location for seeing the sites. Practically all the major sites are within easy walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly.

Nice hotel but shady business practice
Hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, check in not so much. I booked on hotels.com for 2 people and somehow it did not show in the system on arrival. Hotel proceeded to charge an significant amount to allow my wife to stay in the room with me.

Wonderful Location but bed of bricks
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over a weekend. I stayed in an Iron Gate Suite which all in all was beautiful, roomy and felt really original. The room was beautifully decorated and alot of the original design and fixtures and fittings remained. The only two negative things were 1) TVs could be upgraded to allowed streaming to from mobile / tablet devices. Yes I wasnt in Prague to watch tv but at night i just fancied an hour of something to watch and the tv didnt have any English channels and it was too old to stream / screen mirror too. 2) secondly the mattress on the bed ... it was like it was made of bricks. I felt like the scene in Father Ted when he goes to jump into a nice comfy bed and instead of mattress its a pile of bricks. I ended up having to sleep on the duvet rather than under it to get any sort of comfort. The location and cleanliness of the hotel are its two biggest features in my eyes. Also dont go for the breakfast option. The buffet breakfast wasnt the best ive had in a 4/5 star hotel. In fact ive had better breakfasts in 3 star hotels. Save your money and eat out for breakfast at the many many close cafes and restaurants. They are extremely well priced and better. I suppose I should end in answering the all important question, would I stay again. Its a hard one for me as the location made the hotel really but I do like a good nights sleep and I didn't feel I got one here ... still ... i would stay again simply for location and character
