気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
1. They advertise breakfast but there isnt any except for a waffle maker in the lobby on a small table. No other food provided.
2. We were gone all day and came back to our room with a clogged toilet. We called the Front Desk and they gave us a plunger.
At 9pm we had to spend a half hour trying
to unclog the toilet. No follow up from Staff regarding the issue being resolved.
3. No cleaning of our room although we asked 3 times to have new towels, toilet paper and the trash emptied. The sheets on the bed were ill fitting and kept coming off the bed so we ended up sleeping on a bare mattress.
4. Elevator malfunctioned and one of us was stuck. Pushed on the alarm several times and finally the doors opened. The Front Desk clerk rudely asked "what's the energency" as if we were playing around.
Cannot recommend.
