広く快適なホテル

いつも利用していますが、朝食プラス、平日は夕食が付いている時もあり、時間があえば助かります。部屋にはダイニングがあり、快適です。

Picture of the Hotel on Expedia is not the picture of the real Hotel. Very deceiving. The room had a bad smell. I ask for another room and that room smelled bad too. On a good note, the breakfast was good.

This hotel is one of the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. It needs health inspectors to investigate.

Plane 4hr delay once we got to airport Rental car issue had to pay more once there to get dirty car not detailed and possibly needed brakes didnt feel safe at all,1st room smelled bad we went shoping came back room smelled like sewage waste Then moved next room smelled,back we went and purchased air freshners to help ,staff kept telling us pool was heated and it wasnt,breakfast was average not worthy to say full breakfast and more i give this trip over all a 4 out of 10 and that only because staff was nice,friendly,at hotel only

Old and beat up. Never renovated. Rugs stained with who knows what. Dark and depressing. Asked for refund, manager agreed eating for hotels.com to process.

Cleaning service walked in my room with out knocking and had a due not disturb sign up. Who in the hell walks in someone room. Front desk didn’t even give a crap. Breakfast was disgusting! Never again

Great room for the price! Lots of great dining options nearby. Wish they offered complimentary water bottles like other Hilton properties, but not here. Breakfast was really nice too.

Location is very good. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I would recommend an update/refresh in the bathroom area. Rusty fixture should be replaced. Sometimes when the shower was in use, there was a noise inside the wall. They didn’t do the housekeeping as it was supposed. I called the front desk and they brought the towels that we needed. Breakfast was good and a lot of options.

Overall…it was a nice hotel. There was a strong odor in one of our bedrooms.. I sprayed Lysol, cut on the ceiling fan, nothing helped. If we had not arrived later than we intended I would have had to ask to switch suites.
