「I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. My only advice is to use the mosquito spray they provide and follow the owner's directions for use immediately. The house is on the beach, but the grassy...

「The house was beautiful and the location was great. Close to The Big Store and local restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. We loved the amenities available to us as well. Downside was that the ice machine in the fridge had a huge hole in the bottom, so we kept having to buy bags of ice to keep in there for our drinks. The mattresses were also super uncomfortable for us, but if you like firm mattresses, you should be okay. All in all, we had such a fun visit and would definitely book...

「A group of 8 of stayed here over the weekend. The place is as shown on the pictures. We liked the location, the house itself, the number of beds & bathrooms and amenities. If you are coming via Galveston (or plan on going back and forth), please remember that it takes time to travel by ferry during high traffic times. 「Saltwater Inn was quite a surprise. Reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical. I was even a little wary when I first arrived, due to its rugged appearance. However, don't judge a book by its cover. The office staff was extremely welcoming, and the room was pristine and comfortable. Although the decor is minimalistic, I had all the essentials I needed and then some. Thank you, Mike et al.! I highly recommend Saltwater Inn without reservation.」
