Rooms did not look anything like the pictures on site. Room was not dusted and had blood on bathroom wall as well as rusting fixtures.

When we arrived at the caribe we immediately noticed how dirty the inside was, especially the rooms. The carpet is old and makes the room smell like mold. There’s rust on the mirrors and mold on the shower head and bath. When we talked to the manager about it she had said that it was old and the mold was actually rust, which doesn’t make it any better as you can get tetanus.

El staff y personal de limpieza son muy amables, la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones. Los puntos negativos, la bañera era muy resbalosa y no tenía antideslizante ni alfombra en goma. Mi esposa sufrió una caída en la bañera y mi hija y yo resbalamaos y estuvimos a punto de caer.
