The check-in process at the resort was incredibly frustrating. It took us nearly two hours to finally get checked in, leaving us feeling exhausted and disheartened. The resort grounds are expansive, making it a bit challenging to get around on foot, the staff on go karts don't offer to give guests a lift. It can be disheartening when you ask for a ride and are met with a refusal or confusion.
Today, we headed to one of the lagoons for a swim, only to find out it was closing in 30 minutes. As we arrived, we saw a family effortlessly getting signed in, which added to our disappointment. When we tried to explain that we only wanted to swim for a short time, the host pretend there was a language barrier, adding to our frustration.
Overall, this has been our worst experience at a resort. The requirement to book every restaurant through an app has only added to our challenges, especially when the app crashes from the high volume of users trying to book at the same time. We hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but instead, we have been left feeling stressed and disappointed.
