Overall recommended. Clean. Staff polite. Housekeeping didn’t provide enough towels or coffee and tea. Dining room closed for Sunday lunch. Food when available is good. Quiet, restful and relatively safe locale and parking. Convenient to Princeton and Route 1 corridor.

This time both guest service agents I dealt with offered good customer service the young girl who checked me in and helped me deal with my card issues while changing rooms. Also the girl who offered me vouchers in order for me to enjoy the stay with my nieces. The pool was great for my nieces, The property itself is always spacious and enjoyable as it always is.

This has been my go to place for rest and relaxation for 10 years. It has changed. No more buffet, you order from a menu and it takes all day to be served. Pool is almost never operating,no spa. I do love the staff!! Very friendly and cooperative and available to help!!

Staff was amazing! Felt like a safe area. Property looks like it has seen some better days—old and outdated. There is nowhere to plug in your devices, laptop, etc without unplugging a lamp or TV box (wait, that’s still a thing?!).

I enjoyed my stay here. The water got very hot which I enjoyed. I didn’t like the stains in the fabric on the chair in the room and the peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom. Other than those two things my stay was enjoyable peaceful and comfortable.

We had really wanted to stay here; but, due to business changes, we had to cancel. Totally unexpected and we had hoped the hotel would accommodate our request to cancel. We gave them lots of notice. SO sad.

Crowne Plaza Princeton, an IHG Hotel is located just off Route 1, convenient travel to Princeton and shopping. But the hotel itself is going downhill. One of the elevators was not working, my room is not really clean, Friday night the parking lot was full, then Sunday was almost empty. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Keep the rooms and hallways clean. 2. Make sure all facilities and elevators are working properly. 3. Return to the image of the Crowne Plaza Princeton for conference or build a new business image.

BEWARE!!! This place is an outdated bug infested hellhole! I booked this bed bug motel for 3 nights and on the very first night I was awaken in the middle of the morning feeling some sort of crawling sensation, only to discover several bugs in my bed!!! My family & I immediately packed our bags and demanded a full refund and was told by the incompetent manager by the name of Sonja “in order to look into a refund, I must contact the bug company first”. What sense does that make? What does the customer have to do with your bug infested property?!?!? Why would or should I have to wait to get a refund for the exterminator to confirm that your property is infested! I wish I had researched more thoroughly. After speaking to the idiot Sonja, I specifically filtered and searched Google reviews for the word “bug” and found multiple of customers had similar experiences. This place has a MAJOR bug issue. The entire property is dated. Chipped paint everywhere, trash in the conman area. I noticed 2 out of order signs on elevators and the one that worked was slow AF! This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at! Room smelled like mildew, stains everywhere. Carpet coming apart. There has to be numerous health code violations going on at this location. I’m appalled they’re actually in business. In addition to the items mentioned above, the customer service is deplorable! Upon arrival, I asked Jessica for additional washcloths and never received them. STAY CLEAR AWAY!!!

Your room was inspected by an outside certified pest control company and no insect activity was detected. Our servers are required to confirm whether or not breakfast is included to ensure there are no unnecessary charges to guests' bills. We continually work to improve our guest experience.

Great service!

Front desk service was excellent. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the amazing front desk rep. She was friendly, fast, and so helpful. Housekeeping was also friendly and cleaned every day of our stay. This is usually our go to hotel when visiting NJ and from our last trip in 2019 to now the room notably the washroom was a bit tired with peeling paint on ceiling. But it was clean well! Overall, the service and effort of this hotel made it a great stay and we look forward to our stay here on our next visit!
