I had a wonderful stay at this property in La Spezia and would absolutely stay here again. The room was very well-appointed, spacious for one person, and thoughtfully designed. It included a comfortable queen-sized bed, excellent air conditioning, a nice shower, and even a balcony, which made the stay feel especially relaxing. Because there are only a few rooms in the property, it was also very quiet and peaceful at night. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s literally right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Despite being so close to transit, the room itself was tucked away and surprisingly quiet. Check-in was seamless. Alessandro was extremely kind, communicative, and hospitable throughout the process. All of the instructions and information were sent clearly via WhatsApp ahead of time, which made arrival effortless. Since I had already provided my information beforehand, everything was prepared and I didn’t even need an in-person check-in. I also really appreciated Alessandro’s flexibility and kindness when I only had a credit card available instead of cash for a local fee — he was very understanding and accommodating, which left a lasting positive impression. La Spezia itself is also a charming and underrated town: easy to walk around, full of lively streets and local activity, with a beautiful harbor and excellent access to Cinque Terre. Overall, highly recommended!!!!

Room was clean. Shower was nice and clean with good water pressure. Walls dark and scuffed up. Fragrance in hotel and room was overwhelming. Bedding was worn and could have been replaced. Overall average. We overpaid for this room.

We loved this apartment! We felt so lucky to be staying right in middle of vernazza. There are a lot of stairs but every apartment probably has a lot of stairs. The only complaint was the hot water ran out fast. But I really can’t complain because it was beautiful and the location was fantastic!

The location is beautiful, the view of the church and part of the bay is a good morning wake up dreaming view.. my only complaint was the arrival… the office was close at 4 pm and nobody was answering the WhatsApp contact. A lady open the door to the building where the office was located, and we where able to contact a different phone #, however we have to wait another 20 minutes to finally have the phone answer (they didn’t call back, even though they know we were waiting).. non issue if you are not tired, but we were exhausted after a long trip and a message from us was sent ahead of time notifying of the time of the arrival.. Otherwise, beautiful location

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location close to the train station.
