「On the website this 'hotel' looked lovely, but when we arrived we discovered that it was in fact a 'hostel' type hotel with the TV in a shared lounge/dining room with only two comfortable chairs. We got to our room through a shared not very clean 'kitchen' with all the other rooms coming off the shared 'kitchen'. It would have been a nightmare if anyone else was staying at the same time, but luckily we were the only ones staying the night (we wonder why?) so we didn't keep bumping into people...

「Unfortunately we didn’t like much: the price was exorbitant compared to other accommodation stayed at in France, for very little provided. No internet service, no tv (both mentioned in write-up), erratic plumbing system, inadequate reading lights, blown light globes, skimpy towels and pillows - even the magazines on the coffee table were 3 years old. Given the out-of-the-way location, the quiet peace was relaxing, with only the sound of the chooks waking us in the morning; nearest restaurant...
