Chambre spacieuse, propre, haut plafond , grande fenêtre qui éclaire la chambre donnant sur un grand jardin. Petites madeleines, thé café et eaux minérales offerts en chambre. Un verre de vin offert avec le plateau repas . Belle expérience !」

「Magnifique château mais conditions rustiques et normes sécurité hôtelière non respectées : multiprise dans la chambre et boîtier électrique ouvert. Manque d'aménagement dans la salle de bain (pas de crochets, rien pour poser les serviettes, pas de dérouleur de papier toilette, juste posé sur le lavabo), meuble de salle de bain non terminé, beaucoup de finitions à revoir. Pas de plan d'évacuation affiché (sécurité). Très bon petit déjeuner.」

「Our family met up with 3 other families to share the Chateau for a week. It was a fabulous way to spend time together and explore the Loire Valley. William and Susy made our stay easy and fun by recommending local activities and coordinating two evenings of catered meals. I highly recommend this property. It’s a idyllic property and has several on-site activities. We utilized the pool almost every day with the kids.」

「This was not a good experience. Advertised as having a pool, full-service spa, restaurant, coffee shop etc it had NONE of these. Worse, the 'queen bed' was a very small double, and the 'premium bedding' was threadbare hospital sheets and a nasty brown blanket (see photo) On arrival you are hit with a very hefty 'cleaning fee' that is non-negotiable, a large fee for sheets, more for towels, toilet paper etc - so you have pretty well doubled the nightly charge on arrival.
