サービスに不満

フロントのチェックイン時の対応があまりにも時間かかりすぎて、イライラしました。タクシーもなぜか呼べず、自分たちで呼びました。ブローニュ周辺のラディソンやメルキュールに泊まることが多く、比べるとノボテルはだいぶ劣るように感じました。

快適です！

部屋もキレイでスタッフの対応も良く、快適に過ごせました。パリ市内のホテルは高いので、安めのホテルの金額を考えても、少しのプラスで広い快適な部屋に滞在できると思います。

J'ai apprécie l'accueil, le parking, même s'il est payant, la proximité de la Seine Musicale Grande Seine et puis le buffet du petit-déjeuner copueux et surtout la gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel lors de ce moment.

Th e hotel itself was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We were billed twice in one day for the taxes and again at checkout. The front desk confirmed they ordered a taxi for us but taxi company had no record. Be advised of extra charges and no one to follow up.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Anbindung zur Metro ist okay, man muss circa 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Das Personal an Rezeption war beim Empfang leider unfreundlich. Später war anderes Personal da und das war sehr freundlich.

Ok hotel and ok value for money

Stayed for 4 nights in July. Clean hotel! AC did not work properly and that is too bad when it is very hot outside. Beds are super hard. Good garage, safe! Breakfast was ok. Close to Metro.

The hotel was great and has a nice restaurant and bar. It’s very far from most attractions but close enough to the metro.

Nice hotel close to Metro

10 minutes walking to closest Metro, also some nice restaurants close by. Excellent if you come by car, big garage under the hotel. Our room was OK, but a bit outdated. Bed and cleaning was good.

Abbiamo preso una camera per 4 che in realtà era un po’ piccola ma in ordine e pulita per cui siamo stati bene lo stesso. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L’albergo si trova vicino a tutti i mezzi pubblici e anche al supermercato.

Our experience at check in was terrible. Despite booking & paying for 2 rooms for 2 nights with breakfast in advance, this was challenged by a very rude receptionist. We were given only 1 room for the 2nd night & we were told our breakfast booking was not accepted as we had not booked with the hotel directly. This was corrected by the manager the following morning but we still found ourselves locked out of the 2nd room in day 2! Awful customer service.
