交通の便がとても良い。空港から到着する駅も近く、地下鉄は更に近くて、どこに行くにも便利。周りにはレストランが沢山あり賑わっている。ルーブル等も徒歩圏内。高級ホテルではないが、スタッフは24時間対応してくれる。英語も通じて安心。エレベーターと廊下は狭いが、問題なし。宿泊した部屋にはバスタブがあり、バスローブとスリッパまで付いていて、有り難かった。次のパリ滞在にも是非使いたい。私は直前予約だったので、通常より料金がやすかったかもしれない。朝食付きで3万円をどう判断するかは様々。私は満足。

いいホテルです！

朝食も美味しく、お部屋も快適でした！シャトレの地下鉄のすぐ側なので交通も便利です。歩いてシテ島にも行け、よかったです！

観光にアクセスの良い便利なホテル

徒歩や電車で見所へ移動しやすく、カフェもたくさん、スーパー、百貨店も近く、とても便利な立地のホテル。朝食の絞りたてオレンジジュースがとてもおいしかった。ただし、すぐ外のカフェが夜中まで賑やか。エレベーターあり、クーラーも効きます。

気を付けましょう、財布から現金だけ抜かれていました

移動に便利で周辺環境もパリらしく良いロケーションですが、ホテルの部屋に財布を置いておいたら、足がつかない現金のみ全部抜き取られました。フロントに出入室記録を出して欲しいとお願いしたものの、尊大な対応でマネージャーしかできないの一点張り。フランス人の友人に交渉をお願いしたところ、ようやく翌日マネージャーが来るところまで漕ぎ着けました。結果、記録は本人とハウスキーパーのみでしたが、マネージャーに再度確認したところ出入室はドアロックで記録しているのではなく、部屋の中のカードホルダー（電気をつけるためにカードキーを差し込むやつ）で記録していると。それじゃ全く意味がないですね、ということで監視カメラを見せて欲しいとお願いすると、それは警察と一緒じゃないと無理（これは事実そうらしい）とのことで、そもそもロビーにしか監視カメラを設置していないと言い張っていましたが…後は言わずもがなです。現金だけだったこともあって、最後は諦めました。犯人は誰だかわかりませんが、こういう経験をした以上、今後このホテルには近づかない、というのが最大の収穫です。

駅に近いだけのホテルです。スタッフの対応は最悪。プライドの高いフランス人という感じ。 wi-fiの使い方を聞いたが、私の携帯が悪いと言われたのみ。前日には違うホテルで使えたのに・・・・・。お風呂はなく。半畳の隙間みシャワーのみ。

Still good location

I used this hotel the second time. The room was very,very small. I stayed there with my sister, but all of rooms in this hotel is maybe for the couple, because room is very small, it is fiiled with one bed. So why did I choose this hotel? Because, this hotel is very close to the metro entrance, easy to use the metro.

部屋が狭かった

ビックリするくらい部屋がせまかったです。バスルームも、バスタブがなくカーテンもなくて、ユニットバスがびしょぬれでした。 3泊したのですが、タオルがなかったりもして。パリで主要駅に近いからか、とても値段が高く感じました。シャトレ・レ・オール駅の近くだったので、観光するにはとてもいい立地でした。

Terrible Hotel and Humiliating Customer Service

As a frequent and loyal customer of Hotels.com, I have come to expect a certain standard of excellence in my accommodations, particularly when booking through a trusted platform like yours. From the 19th to the 24th of November, I stayed at Hotel Ducs D’Anjou in Paris (Room 64). This hotel was advertised as a four-star establishment. However, my experience there starkly contradicted this classification. Key amenities that were lacking included a functional bar, a reliable internet connection crucial for business activities, and access to international TV channels. I raised these issues with the hotel's front desk manager on the 22nd of November. Despite acknowledging these shortcomings, there has been no subsequent action or response from the hotel management, even after repeated promises to address my concerns. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also undermines the trust I place in the accommodations booked through your platform. I honestly feel rather humiliated not only by the low level of this hotel establishment but more, by the lack of basic manners to answer my emails after three written promises that a manager will do this accordingly. I assure you that I am escalating this matter to the French tourism authorities as this hotel, by French law, should never be advertised as 4 stars. I collected sufficient evidence to back up my review and I will send it you upon request

great location with access to many places

small room for single, but was big enough and comfortable. bathroom was tight, more specifically shower room space was very tight. other than that, check-in process was quick (it was all ready when i check-in), good service and great, great, location to Metro, Louvre, Notre-Dame... i walked to them. Many restaurants around hotel as well.

Great location and clean.

The hotel staff are very nice. Check in and check out were really good and the app is very handy. Hotel location is brilliant. Not too close to all the big tourist places so you're not going to be surrounded by tourists at all times. Chatelet Metro really, really close. You can hear the metro in the hotel but we go to cities with Metro a lot and we quite like hearing the quiet rumble. Its close enough to everything though so really great location. It's quiet during the night. We faced into the courtyard rather than the street so it was quiet and peaceful. The local bars and restaurants are all really good with friendly staff. Cocktails and beers locally were brilliant too! The standard rooms are very small and decor really requiring an upgrade. Ripped wallpaper and only one chair for 2 people. Small bathrooms too but plumbing good. I have mobility difficulties so the small room was a bit of an issue for us with only about 30cm at one side of the bed and about 2cm clearance from the bathroom door. Minor though but the rooms could be better laid out. This no doubt is limited due to the unusual layout of the walls. Its also very hot in the rooms. Which is great when it was snowing and in the -ve temp figures outside. The replenishment of tea, coffee and bottles of water wasn't consistent. I guess you could ask reception for some but its a bit of a pain if you're tired after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and bedding, pillows and towels all great quality too.

Bonjour , dommage que dans cette hôtel si bien situer est avec un rooftop magnifique, l’accueille de Fernando très limite heureusement que la stagiaire Eva très très professionnel à clairement remonter la barre . deuxième fois que je vient dans le rooftop est que la propreté n'est pas à la hauteur du prix payer pour cette suite ( cheveux retrouver sur les table de nuit , douche avec plein de calcaire, sandre de cigarette retrouver un peux partout, coussin sale. vraiment dommage car le lieu est exceptionnel je réfléchierai à réservé a nouveau cette suite.
