This hotel is so amazing! Everyone on staff is friendly, happy and such a pleasure to deal with. If we needed assistance they were genuinely happy to help. The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

Très déçu de notre arrivée .. la chambre était supposé être prête à 4:00 et nous l’avons eu à presque 7:00 Inacceptable.. et pour le départ.. la femme de chambre est venu nous déranger pour faire la chambre à 10:00 Vraiment dérangeant .. quand nous allons à Ottawa nous allons au Andaz mais maintenant nous irons ailleurs De plus c’était pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et aucune attention

The safe was very friendly. Like the rooftop view and the room was very nice and modern. A lot of homeless around the area but that is common in cities. I didn’t feel unsafe. I would stay there again.

This hotel is my FAVOURITE!!! Nicest rooms, best staff, upgrades whenever available, both restaurants are exquisite, the byredo products are divine, the complementary wine at check in was just what I needed. It’s my go to Ottawa hotel after having done them all.

Pros: Great location, the hotel looks new, room is very clean and functional, and comfortable bed. Cons: NOISY, very noisy on Friday and weekends because there is a street of bars, I can’t sleep until 2 am, the hotel’s window does not do anything to these noise. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is a parking lot across the street, for me, it is not a big problem. Overall: not recommmended for families and weekend vacation, there are better choice around this location and the same price range.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, due to all of the construction around us we are losing our Self-Parking. to remedy the situation, until our parking garage is complete, we will be offering Valet parking.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking so if you're there on a night when the area is busy you have to park a couple blocks away. Byward is riddled with junkies and the homeless if I were a less physically capable person I would be concerned for my safety walking around there alone.

Great clean hotel in the Byward Market area. Room are larger and modern. Common areas are maintained and clean. There is construction behind the hotel. Some rooms are impacted by the noise and the hotel provided ear plugs in the room. The noise wasn’t that bad.

This hotel is alright…your definitely paying for convenience. Easy getting around if you stay here. We got a nice view of the construction going on next door lol. There is parking at the back of the building which we paid 35$ for a 24hr parking timeframe. This is not a hotel I would go out of my way too book at next time im in the area.

The hotel and the staff were great! Parking was $35/night right next door. Room was large and clean with beautiful views of the sunset from our all glass wall on the 7th floor. They were even better from the rooftop patio. Would have been nice if it was in use with the fire pits, but understandable with it still being chilly/time of year. Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants, more ventured and explored the area and local food surrounding it. This is where it was more unsafe. ESP at night with homeless everywhere panhandling and walking behind you as you walk. Some folks with mental health concerns and substance abuse very obviously mixed in there. Nothing the hotel can do and had a security officer in the front lobby in the evenings to help as much as they can. It’s an Ottawa concern and not hotel.

Stayed there a few times on Business, it was decent and convenient. Last time I stayed I gave them My license plate for parking as I always have. I ended up getting a parking ticket for the first and second day. The front desk clerk told me they would sort it out and get back to me. When I returned to follow up, the front end manager refused to help and then said the Hotel Manager was too busy and too important to help me. I will never stay there again, and will be sure to warn others about the arrogance of the staff.
