バスタブがありお湯もたっぷりと輝点は評価できます。しかし、洗濯乾燥機の温度が上がらず、繰り返しの感想が必要で、家具やドアも古く錆びたり壊れているものもあった。

子供が２人いたためかプールに近いビル（５番）にしてくれました。レストランは利用しませんでしたがプールサイドで食べれるのはいいと思います。プールは温水と聞いていましたが温水とは言える温度では無かったのが残念でした。が、子供達は構わず入って遊んでいました。

家族向けです

3番棟に泊まりました。部屋が広く、洗濯機も部屋にあるので家族での滞在が快適でした。エレベーターも4基あり、待ち時間無く移動出来たのも良かったです。

レンタカーするならいいホテル

部屋は広くて快適でした。近くのコンビニはピザハットも入っており便利でした。ディズニーへのバスは朝から昼までの3本のみ、前日予約でした。ディズニーからの帰宅のみのバス利用は出来ないとの事で我が家の予定と合わず非常に不便でした。殆どuberを利用しました。

Great stay

It was our second time to stay there. The room was clean, having enough space to hold entire family. Only one issue, there is a jacuzzi which our kids love. When we turned on the jets, the black slimy molds were spread out in the water:( This time we didn’t have a time to change the room so we just gave it up. Except for that, the stay was perfect!

ロケーション◎ハウスキーピングは追加料金発生します。

ショッピングモールが徒歩圏内にあり、ディズニーやレストランも近く立地はかなり良いです。またフロントスタッフも親切です。お部屋はマンションのような作りになっておりキッチンにお皿やカップも備わっており、部屋も広く使いやすいのですが、電化製品が古くベッドルームのテレビはブラウン管、シャワーベッドと、乾燥機が壊れていたので修理を依頼すると当日中で直してくれたのですが、普段お部屋のチェックがされてない感があったなで、ベッドルームにあるジェットバスには入りませんでした。3泊4日の滞在でしたが、ハウスキーピングは追加料金が発生する上に前日までの予約が無ければやらないそうです。シンクの穴からアリが毎日出てきて清潔感はありませんでした。以前にこちらのホテルから5分圏内のシェラトンにほぼ同額の料金で宿泊しましたが、どちらかで悩まれてるのならシェラトンへのステイをお勧めします。

スタッフが優しい素敵なホテル

宿泊中に友人がタクシーにスマートフォンを置き忘れた際に、スタッフのアリッサが親身になって助けてくれて、タクシーの運転手と連絡をとることができ、無事スマートフォンを取り戻すことができました。彼女は自らの携帯電話で連絡をとってくれたり、滞在中のその他の面でもサポートをしてくれました。またオーランドに行く機会があったらまた宿泊したいと思います。

際立って良くも悪くもないホテルだとおもいます。良い点はフルキッチンがあり大変便利でした。ハウスキーピングは予約しないとしてもらえないので事前予約が必要ですが、有料になります。

The resort was nice the pool area also I liked that it came with a full kitchen including all utensils cups glasses coffee maker toaster pits pans etc. The washer and dryer was a huge plus also the one thing I could not get over is how dusty everything was the light fixtures, vents from ac, baseboards I would definitely not be staying there again because of that reason my baby has major allergies and he was swollen watery eyes every time he was in the room. Room cleaning is not included. We had to ask for towels because that was also not brought up every day.

The hotel is very dated, beds are worn out and uncomfortable. We found a cockroach in our first room and nail cuttings in the bed. After we asked to switch rooms we got a cleaner one. However the state of the beds were still pretty bad, you can tell the mattresses are extremely old. And as a cherry on top, we got stuck in the elevator on the last day. Location is great, though.

Upon checking in the customer service was poor. Everyone was having private conversations and no one was quite friendly. Our room was clean, but the condition was poor. The sofa has springs coming trough the cushions. It was unbearable to sit on. The tub in the guest bath was cracking and the toilet ran continuously. I was told it was just paint peeling no big deal. I did ask to move because at 6:00 am we heard kids crying and doors slammed. I was told they were full. I guess you get crappy rooms when you book through Expedia. That sucks

Sheet in the master bedroom were a bit dirty & came out all the time because it was not the correct size. There was a dirty black sock on the couch & 2 beer caps on the floor next to the tv. Some dishes & cutlery were extremely dirty. Area around elevator at building 1 smells super super bad.

Mattresses were awful. Couch had broken springs. Only 4 wash cloths were given for 4 people staying 5 nights. The place is really dated.

It was quiet, clean and convenient. The room on was spacious and accommodated 7 easily. My only dislike was the blinds in the bedroom aren’t sufficient in keeping the light out at night and it was impossible to sleep late. However we enjoyed our stay.

Called on our room phone by 2 different personnel from the Concierge just to sell their products as early as 0845 a.m. in 2 early mornings while everyone was still asleep 💤 after a late night flight & a long day @Disney Parks!!! That’s totally disturbing, annoying & unacceptable.

気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

Pros- great pool for kids with a water slide through a pirate ship. Cons- rooms are very outdated. The cleaning chemicals they use are very strong. The hallway smell very musty. Need options at each building to buy beverages or snacks versus go all the way to the one place they have in one of the buildings. Was told to guest services after I check in for a gift but waited 15mins no one was there so I left.
