The staff were incredible and had lots of restaurant recommendations as well as provided baggage storage after checkout. The room was clean and spacious. Also lots of great attractions within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again :) "

"Good size apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station. They also helped with receiving some packages that I ordered on Amazon and filled in all the forms for forwarding our luggage to Haneda Airport. Would definitely stay here again."

"It’s a ways away from Kyoto Station so good luck getting too and from with luggage (you can take the karasuma line from Kyoto station and walk about 20 minutes and mostly even sidewalk). "

"Great property in walking distance to multiple stations, shopping areas including the Nishiki market and the Nijo Palace. I also ran to the Imperial Palace and gardens easily enough. Accommodation was big enough for family of 4. The area is quiet and felt very safe. Room was very clean and amenities all supplied. "

Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, cheap or otherwise. Best place we have stayed in Japan so far. "

Great little kitchenette, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, Beds were a little hard though. Close to convenience shops where you can buy snacks, drinks and even prepared meals. We walked everywhere but bus stop out front if you wanted. "

"Good location! Close to Kyoto station, family mart right at the corner. Staff were awesome!"

"Huuuuge rooms by any city standard. Lovely spa/waterfall tub. Not far from Kyoto or Gion. Located in residential area. Amazing rooftop - also huge with lovely views. Dryers did not work - 4 hours later our clothes were still soggy. Staff helpful. Recommend. "
