The property is stunning and has all the amenities you could look for in a resort. The prices for food and drinks was a bit steep, but about what you’d expect in Las Vegas

The facility is nice and clean. Very safe. I was not pleased with the service. I could not get the WiFi or room service working and called several times for assistance with no help only to find they misspelled my name. We also called for new pillows twice and was told they would be brought up and they never came.

* Checkin took 30 minutes * No coffee machine in the room * Fridge wasnt working but was replaced quickly * VIP perks could not be used : no late checkout needed, no room upgrade possible due to full occupancy and $25 credit at lobby lounge was unusable * No desk to work but who comes to Vegas to work? Poor service, starting with the front desk. Vincent, was a very rude and unhelpful staff member. While I heard the other desk attendants be courteous to arriving guests, this individual was not. He upon arriving asked for my card and ID, and proceeds to start running my card but not providing details of what he is charging (note: room was prepaid). I overheard from the other staff what the charges were and therefore asked, but Vincent continued to be vague in the response. Afterwards, I was given the keys, but not offered any details about the property. In contrast I heard the other desk attendants shared details about the dining features and amenities of the resort. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
