「We could'nt really recommend Clifton Villa more highly. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful, the place is immaculate, in room facilities, fridge, tea, coffee, microwave, in room eating area superb and loads more character than your average Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. 」

「For the cost of the hotel I expected better service. There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. The food was fairly good but considering the cost wasn’t worth it as I've eaten better three course meals for less in many other top restaurants.
