Sauberes und schönes Zimmer, großer Pool mit Sonnenliegen und gemütlicher Sitzecke, toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, Entspannung pur. Martin ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse jeden Morgen super umsorgt hat und zu unseren geplanten Ausflügen viele wertvolle Tipps hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 」

「Very nice place to stay. Cosy and comfortable. The location is great if you are looking to stay somewhere a bit more quiet than the middle of Nice. Located in a residential area but just a few hundred meters walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a car and it's probably most suited if you have a car here.」

「We stayed with Valerie for 3 nights in Nice and had the best time. Valerie is located just a few blocks from where all the action takes place in the City and you really can't be in a better location. She also made a delicious breakfast for us every morning, including coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit. Would absolutely recommend to another couple or anyone looking to stay at a nice spot!」

「Ich war mit meinen beiden fast erwachsenen Söhnen für ein paar Tage an der Cote d'Azur und auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Ferienwohnung. Bei Josiane waren wir sehr gut aufgehoben. Zwei sehr saubere Zimmer mit sehr großem behindertengerechten Bad und kleiner Küche. Es gibt eine große Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken kann. Wir hatten das Frühstück bei Josiane bestellt und was sie jeden Tag zubereitet hat war sehr lecker (toller Obstsalat, selbstgebackener Kuchen, Omlett, Baguette, Käse,...

「受付があるホテルではないので、チェックインに不安があったのですが、2日前くらいにメールが来てwhats appでのやり取りができるようになり、ホテルへの駅からの道順やチェックインの仕方などを説明していただき不安がなくなりました。ニース駅について歩いていくと知らせると、玄関の前でマダムが待っていてくれました。そこで部屋の入り方や使い方などを説明してくれよくわかったです。 朝食は残念ながら早いチェックアウトだったので食べることができなかったが、キッチンに無料のコーヒーやスナック類があってそれを食べることができました。感謝です。共同の立派な食堂も使えるので快適です。ニースのロッシーニ通りの一角にある歴史を感じさせる瀟洒なアパルトマンの一室をホテルと言うか民泊にしてるようなホテルでした。」

「Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Da das Dorf sehr ausserhalb liegt ist man auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Sehr Ruhige Lage.」

「Booked this place for 3 nights, it’s definitely not a hotel, it’s an air bnb. There aren’t comforts of a normal hotel or a check in counter. It was difficult to find the place and it wasn’t accessible by car, so you’ll have to carry your luggage pretty far. There’s also no elevator and all the rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. There are only 4 rooms. I was expecting a hotel and it was expensive just like a hotel but was really a Airbnb and belongs on that website. Free breakfast is just the...

「Ho soggiornato per una sola notte in questo agriturismo ed è veramente bellissimo. Il personale ci ha subito offerto un bicchiere di vino in piscina. L'appartamento era veramente grande e pulito, soprattutto il bagno. La colazione è abbondante ed è stupendo poterla godere in veranda. Se dovessi tornare in Costa Azzurra sicuramente farò un salto da quelle parti. 」

「駅から15分くらい歩くきます。かつ入口がかなりわかりにくいです。建物前にある英語か仏語の案内を読めないと、更に辿り着き難いです。次に門の開け方も何ら指示がないので、これまた苦労します。次に入れても、どこが受付なのかまずわかりません。事前か到着直後に電話するのが最短距離かと思います。自分は門の前で宿泊している方の手助けをたまたま受けられたので、それは良かったのですが、それでも15分くらい門の前で待ってました。到着が薄暮の時間帯だったので、相当に焦りました！ チェックイン後は暖房器具がなかったので、その旨伝えたところ無事にかりられたのですが、なかったら夜は結構厳しかったかも。 その試練を乗り越えられれば、経営者の方はとても親切で協力的、朝食は家庭的で美味、部屋は静か、と快適に過ごせるかと思います。周辺は観光地らしい華やかさがあり、飲食店もたくさんあります。」

「This hotel makes me feel very high-end and the surrounding area is very quiet. And the scenery outside the window is so beautiful that I can’t forget it! It gave me a good impression of Southern France. Highly recommend to people who will look for a hotel to stay when they want to visit Cannes! Importantly people need to have a car to get access to the place.」

「Good location for the beach, restaurant and supermarket. But there was small preparation of the toilet paper and tissue for four nights for four persons. Reception is not available for so that we need to wait until the cleaner come. 」
