立地はとてもいいです。JFK空港からスカイトレインから乗り換えて地下鉄一本で最寄りの駅に行けます。 どこかに行くにもその駅から行くことが可能です。 タイムズスクエアからすぐ近くです。 その割には夜はうるさくはなかったです。 アメニティはバスアメニティ一式と石けんだけで歯ブラシ等は置いていません。 従業員の方々は皆フレンドリーでした。 エアコンの音が少し大きいので気になる方は、気になると思います。

Good afternoon We appreciate your feedback and wonderful review of our excellent location! Yes, we are steps away from the many neighborhoods, including Times Square, Broadway shows, Rockefeller Center, Hell's Kitchen to name a few. We have multiple subway lines very close to the hotel, so travel is easy in the city. We apologize for the noise of the air conditioner, in the future please feel free to contact me or address any of the Front Desk agents so that we can quickly handle the situation, and we can make a more pleasurable stay for you! Room with a view of a brick wall beware they take $100 a night for incidentals that you cant use in the bar or resturant. Charged me $103.00 after check out without an explaination. With all the hotel choices in NYC do not make this one of them.

Hotel in a great location between Chicago and Book of Mormon. Also enjoyed the on-site restaurant Serafina. I’ve stayed in different hotels in Manhattan and Would definitely stay here next time I am back.

The staff was always incredibly attentive and made my stay worry free. Elevators was having issues at times but the internet was solid. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely stay here again.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Room gebucht. Zimmer im 7 Stock erhalten. Das Zimmer eine absolute Katastrophe also wieder in die Lobby. Kein Entgegenkommen nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 250$ neues Zimmer erhalten. Zimmer im 8 Stock erhalten. Leider war auch in diesem Zimmer alles andere als in Ordnung. Die Dusche hatte kein Wasser. Also wieder in die Lobby. Zimmer im 10 Stock erhalten, dort gab es wenigstens Wasser in der Dusche. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit solala. Für 5 nächste fast 2000$ lohnt sich wirklich 0. Lage Top. Aber NIEWIEDER

The hotel room was quite worn and small - not like the photos at all! The windows felt so thin, we could hear beeping cars and banging bins all night long like they were inside our room. The staff were really nice, though, and the bar area is lovely. The car the hotel arranged to take us to the airport was really good - clean car and professional driver which was great.

This was my first time in NY, and found this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and our view was decent. In our checkout day, it was raining really hard, but they offered us an umbrella to use! Would book again

Love this property! Wonderful staff, great location, close by good dining and theaters. Only complaint is they used to have coffee and continental breakfast included and since Hyatt bought they do not offer this.

I think sometimes having over produced photos online backfires— this is a small boutique hotel with small rooms and common spaces but portrays a different image online. Once I appreciate it for what it is, it’s great, but the bar, lobby, lounge, gym are all about half the size you think it is. I had a nice stay though!

The physical plant feels old and tired and, in a few corners, even a little gross. No soap available in the room and housekeeping knocked early even with the do not disturb button activated. Front desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t go back.

The price was great for 2 nights in Times Square. Check in process was easy and got upgraded to a nice room. There were stains on the sheets and it showed free breakfast online upon booking, but we were told breakfast didnt come with our reservation. But they had free wine in the lobby in the evening.

Great location. Safe and quiet but close to Broadway shows and Times Square. All Staff interactions were great. Concierge kept bags when we arrived early and room was not ready. Concierge had great recs for food and gave great directions. Hotel kept bags on day of check out as well until we needed them at 6 pm.
