空港ホテルというとどうして質が落ちるのか、もっとマリオットクオリティを出してほしい。 スーツケースを置くには、あまりに小さく、ステンレスのフレームが邪魔で、はみ出しながら置くこともできない。フロントにラックを貸してほしいと聞いても無いという。床に置くか、ベッドに置くか、どうにかしてほしい。あのフレームが無ければ何とかなるのに！ 顔を洗おうとすると、洗面のお湯、水が白濁している。何で？？？

Nice overnight stay proximal to the airport. Darnell Davis, night manager was fabulous and the Lawrence's service in The Quimby was great. The hot water was not great after dinner, which is the reason I did not give 5 stars. I would stay again for a similar overnight stay.

This is the most expensive cheap hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Please make some improvements! Like a magnified mirror! Both women and men would appreciate this. Also the lighting is annoying. Too bright by the bed and an under cabinet light for the bathroom would be good instead of being blinded in the middle of the night! The bathroom is otherwise beautiful but a bidet is expected for this luxury hotel. The shower is beautiful. Drapes would be an upgrade. The shades are rather cheap.

I had taken valet parking for 3 nights on Tuesday May 21/2024 when I took possession of my vehicle I noticed a lot of tree sap on vehicles it seem like they parked under a tree when I get home in Canada I have to go purchase car cleaning chemicals to try to remove Marriott should pay to have my car detailed.

Newer (11/2023) hotel with excellent staff and condition. Very good food in the restaurant. Free shuttle to nearby JFK airport.

Really enjoyed my short stay flying in from the U.K. in route to the west coast. The hotel staff and amenities were very helpful. My only suggestion would be to inform guests arriving at JFK on the website that as the construction of the new terminal is ongoing, and traffic can be heavier, they may need to change the pick up point for the shuttle from the departures level to an alternative pick up, and also allow for more time in travelling by the shuttle back to the airport.

The hotel is good for those who are traveling from or to JFK airport. Otherwise there are no attractions ,its mostly a residential area around the property

Pretty good. Very busy. Food was good and rooms were clean enough. TV streaming didn’t work though and there was a small blip with breakfast room service (system broke) but they did well to fix. $340 for a night

Directions on Google Maps were a little confusing. Didn't like seeing all the trash in front of the building next to empty lot. Didn't realize there would only be vwlet parking. Staff was excellent. Front desk workers were especially friendly.
