スタッフの方のサービスは素晴らしかった！ ただ部屋の写真と実際のシャワールームがちょっと違ったかな。あと窓からちょうど隣のオフィスが丸見えで外の光を取り込むのが難しかった。 でもお湯はスムースに出るしベッドも寝心地が良かったので総合的にはいい印象でした。

友人と2人で利用しました。 部屋は少し暗かったですが、タオルやシーツは清潔で、アメニティが足りなくなるとすぐ補充してくれました。 ホテルのWi-Fiは使いやすく、PCもスムーズに利用できました。エレベーターは古いせいかガタガタ音がして少し怖かったです。 グランドセントラル駅、タイムズスクエアやブライアントパークが近くNY散策にはもってこいの場所でした。

便利な場所の清潔感あるホテル。
7/16〜10泊しました。 グランドセントラル駅からも近く、周りにはコーヒーショップや、デリカテッセン、24時間営業のコンビニがあり、とても便利でした。 室内は掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があります。 ただクーラーの室外機の音がうるさくて、耳栓をして寝ていました。 スタッフは質問したら色々教えてくれます。 バス停を尋ねたら、そこを下がって行ったところの右側など、ちょっと分かりにくい表現が多かったのが、残念です。 ただ毎朝のように来ているマネージャーのマシューさんはとても親切で、路線バスのバス停の場所を細かく分かりやすく教えてくれました。 あの方がマネージャーだと思うと、より安心して滞在できました。 次回、NYで滞在する場合もディランホテルを選びます。

ここは2回目の滞在で、前回も好印象でしたので、再度、宿泊しました。　アクセスが良く、回りに日本食品店（SUNRISE)があって非情に便利でした。　ホテルもMIDTOWNにあるのですが、部屋は静かで快適。　シャワーのパワーが弱かった為、時間が掛かった事を除くと部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた。　WIFIも無料で使用できるのは良かった。

交通至便の手頃で親切なホテル
グラドセントラル駅から徒歩３分以内、部屋は天井が高く十分な広さ。清潔度も問題なしです。フロントの方は大変親切で気持よく、帰路空港へのタクシー手配もスムーズ、しかも良心的なタクシーでした。欲を言えば設備がやや古く、シャワーがもう少し勢いよく出てほしかったところですが、実用上は問題なく、コストパフォーマンスはとても高いと思います。

グランドセントラル駅から徒歩3分ほどで立地はとてもよかったです。 タイムズスクエアも歩いて行けました。 近くにセフォラやマクドナルドがあります。 客室は清潔で綺麗でしたが、エレベーターの音なのか、ゴトゴトと音が響いたのが気になりました。 バスアメニティは毎日新しいものに取り替えてくれました。ただ、スリッパとバスローブはないので要持参です。

グランドセントラル駅に至近。 付近にはデリやカフェも多く朝食場所には不自由しません。 空港リムジンバスも降車、乗車ともに近く、五番街まで１ブロックで、セントラルパーク、ロックフェラー、エンパイアも歩いてアクセスできます。 レストランのステーキ屋さんも美味しく、しっかりしています。 部屋も綺麗で、アメリカには珍しく、歯ブラシやカミソリまでありました。(トリートメントだけ無かった) 値段の割りには便利、清潔で満足しました。

Bathroom was extremely cold despite heater. Shower door (half) allowed water to collect near toilet and was drafty and would rub against the toilet stool when opened. Felt chilly like when I was using a shower stall at a camp ground. Room temp was cold despite changing the thermostat. Limited outlets for phone charging.-- need lamps to have charging ports so I would not have to charge my phone and watch in the bathroom - placing on sink. Construction was inconvenient - especially for shuttle deliver and pick up -- but this was expected. Bed and pillows were very comfortable but needed more blankets. Wore my sweater to bed due to being so cold at night. Water was hot -- thank you! Hotel personnel friendly and helpful!

Convenient place for Grand Central and midtown. Took a minute to find the entrance (go into the steakhouse). High ceilings, good bed (one liked it, one thought it too soft), clean.

Property is undergoing major renovation so hard to comment as clearly things are changing. If you need a place to lay your head, you can expect fun themed rooms that can offer a bit of an escapism experience. My room was a bit over the top, a science and renaissance conjunction theme. Service ranged from clearly being busy with the remodel to genuinely friendly and everything in between. Obviously great location if traveling, not a lot open late nights though!

This hotel is one block away from Grand Central Station making it easy to take the subway. 10 minute walk to Times Square. The room was very quiet for a good nights rest from a day full of adventure.

Would definitely recommend this hotel when it's not under construction but still an amazing spot! The service was great, very kind workers. The gentleman that check to send was very welcoming and the lady that checked us out was also very sweet and kind. Perfect location to explore Manhattan! The staff is amazing but the place is gross no windows so it’s super dark most outlets don’t work the heat was broken and it was freezing!! They brought me some old blankets and a space heater but it was still freezing So cold I couldn’t shower really horrific for 270.00 a night

An incredible location. Around the corner from Grand Central and close to Bryant Park. We walked to a Broadway show, to the piers for a boat cruise, to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Macy's on 34th Street and more. Nespresso machine in room. Staff generous with refills. Desk staff prebooked us a taxi to the airport. Much cheaper than Uber. The entrance and lobby aren't in great shape, but I'm sure they'll be fabulous after the renos.
