アメニティーセット毎日必ず何か欠けていて、スタッフの方もすごく愛想が悪くてびっくりお風呂入った後にバスローブがなかったり本当嫌な思いの6日間でした。

歯ブラシはありましたは1個だけでした。コーヒーメーカーは言えば持ってきてもらえます。ターンダウンもちゃんとしてます。朝食は50ドルかかります。近くにメゾンカイザーヤブションもあるのでサンドイッチやクロアッサンかって部屋でゆっくりたべるのも良いと思います。部屋によってはバスタブがあないので寒い時期はちょっと辛いかも。スタッフの対応は非常に良いです。

最高だよね、期待以上だし、ニューヨークに来たらこう言うホテルに泊まらなきゃ行けないと思った。内装もスタッフも清潔感も安心感も音の静けさも全部完璧だった。強いて言えば、ゆいいつあるレストランの朝食がパンと玉子とソーセージで５０ドルには驚いた！ま、内装代と思えば、そんなもんか。

素敵なホテルでした

豪華かつ最新鋭の設備、スタッフも大変親切丁寧でした。ここはニューヨーク態度ではなく、高級ホテルらしいおもてなしを体験させていただきました。シャンデリアを除いても最高のホテルだと言えます。もちろん、シャンデリアとホワイトマーブルがあるから、さらに素敵に過ごせました。

バカラを堪能できます。

客室からレストラン、バー全てでゴージャスにバカラグラスが使われて満足でした。客室にコーヒーカップがあるのにコーヒー、紅茶の類が無いのがこのクラスでは初めてです。また、部屋の掃除が髪の毛、綿埃があり、がっかりです。バーは全て満足できる素晴らしかった

レセプションの対応にはおそれいりました。流石、高級ホテルです。部屋に備え付けのポットがなかったので、部屋でコーヒーを飲みたいと申し出た所、すぐさま対応してくれて… 最新エスプレッソマシーンとお湯を沸かすポットと両方を部屋に用意してくださいました。部屋からの眺め以外は申し分無いホテルです。

I love Baccrat.

メールは日本語でお願いします。中国語でたいへん困ります。バカラホテルは、期待通りの空間でした。隅々までバカラのインテリアがほ施されシックでおしゃれでした。宿泊客以外のゲストもたくさん、バーやレストランを利用していました。ニューヨークの人にも憧れのスポットみたいです。 6泊してホテルのすべての施設を堪能しました。スパ、ラメールの技術も素晴らしいです。ただし、ラメールのクリームを贅沢に使用するためかなりお高いですが、コンシェルジェも完璧にサポートしてくれました。英語が話せないのに親切な対応でした。いつか、また訪れたいホテルですが、新しいホテルが大好きなので、次のニューヨークでは別のホテルになるでしょう。

内装が美しい。ニューヨーク近代美術館の目の前で、立地がよい。セキュリティーもしっかりしている。ただ、日本人の我々には、バスタブがほしかった。シャワーだけでは、疲れがとれない。

非常に素晴らしい

オープンから間もないため、旅行雑誌に情報がなく不安でしたが、最高のホテルでした。MOMAの前という立地に加え部屋も素晴らしかったです。唯一のマイナスは浴槽がなかった点ですが、その分浴室にウッドチェアが備え付けられており充分でした。

Being a frequent guest to this property, this was my last stay with them. Rude and unprofessional staff, without any proper training. Stayed two nights, first day ordered breakfast and it arrived with hair in it, second day ordered one and it never arrived, had to place an order again 40 min later. Did not receive invoice upon check out, had charges to my credit card after i checked out , called them to get the invoice and still waiting for it.
