I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the accommodations I recently booked through your third-party platform. As a customer, I expected a certain level of quality and cleanliness, but the reality of my stay fell far short of my expectations.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately disappointed to find that the room was located outside in a courtyard area, rather than within the main building as I had anticipated. The overall condition of the room was also subpar, with clear signs of mildew and general disrepair that made the space feel unclean and unwelcoming.
This is an unacceptable level of service, and I do not feel that the room I booked was reasonably aligned with the description and images provided on your website. As a result, I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience and cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to any future travelers.
Although my experience was not a good one I do appreciate the staff for understanding.
