「We had a wonderful stay! Deb, the host was very gracious and helpful. Our greeter, Sherry was there to meet us and, also was very helpful and informative. The location cannot be beat as we were able to walk to the aquarium and the north end for great dining options. The house was quiet and beds were comfortable! It was nice being gently rocked to sleep! All in all, a short stay for us due to flight cancellations, but a very nice and enjoyable stay!」

「It was so much fun to stay on the boat for our trip to Boston! We had a great view of the downtown area and yet were in a more tranquil environment The boat was just as pictured and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Chad was so nice. He met us at the marina, showed us around and even gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner nearby . We took him up on both restaurants and we’re not disappointed! I highly recommend staying there and hope to return」

「Such a fun little adventure to spend a night on a houseboat in Newport Harbor. Everything was as expected and very clean and comfortable. Danielle’s communication and availability was amazing!!」

「My son and I stayed here on a spring break trip. The location was a 5 min walk from the USS Constitution, a 10 min walk to Bunker Hill and a 20-30 min walk to the North End. However because we were on a boat in a marina there was zero traffic noise and that combined with the rocking motion of the houseboat meant I slept extremely well. Bonus: we were visited on several days by a pair of ducks who would hang out on the patio with us. Got to love a vacation home that comes with pets! Downsides?...

「My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!」

「We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. We enjoyed the night view from the top of the boat. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. It was a cool enough night that we opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air all...

「It was everything we thought as far as location in the boat itself, but the exterior of the boat was in need of a cleaning the bathtowels. What didn't you and mildew smelling the betting was tingy. And a little smelly, but overall, the place was clean in general. And had everything you'd want or need.」

I stayed aboard her 3 weeks; bed is super comfy, georgous linens, towels plentiful, the top deck view just lovely. the maintenance or problem solving (if you happen to need assistance) is superbly and amazingly quick; Deb the owner has great communication and super check in notes too; the Location just fab; pier 6 beautiful bar & restaurant around the corner and the fab ferry from just beyond your marina takes you to North End for a super cheap 3.75 where you can...

「My partner had never been to Boston where I had lived for 10 years, back in the 1980's. The houseboat was a perfect stay as we both love the water and boating. It's cozy, charming, and a delightful experience we'll always remember. Jon was a wonderful host, and we were welcomed by his wife's delicious banana bread! We highly recommend the accommodations.」

「場所はボストンコモンにも歩いて行けて最高、朝食なども中華街のベーカリーで安く買えます。問題はアーリーチェックインを依頼していましたが、宿について聞いたところ聞いていないとのこと。また、メールでソファーベットを使うので寝具の追加を依頼していましたが、届いていない。その後コンシエルジュに依頼をしたが2日待っても来ず、別のコンシエルジュに話したところそのサービスはないとのこと。困っている旨を相談してやっと毛布のような寝具をもらった。連絡がうまくいっていない気がした。また、洗濯機や食洗器の使い方の説明もなくその都度、下に聞きに行った。場所も設備も満足のいくものであっただけに残念でした。」
