We do advertise rooms with no A/C and if the wind from the fans are too much, its in an effort to ensure you room is constantly cool. We will however have a closer look at these concerns.

Having spent one night in the room and reporting to the office your discomfort, as three single ladies, at that section of the propertyThe Manager approved, a free upgrade for the remaining three nights of your stay. As such we will not be offering a refund at this time.
