「The Apartment is amazing, and must be one of the best on the beachfront. Easy walking distance to the Beach, to the Tug and Jetty Restaurants and to good bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with great furnishings and well looked after. I'd definitely stay there again anytime. Negatives were small, like the TV was not big and the wifi slow, but we did not really spend that much time using those in any case. The patio with Garden is great to sit outside in and have drinks and...

「We only stayed at the property for one night as a stopover between tours. The place is nice and very conveniently located within walkable distance to the few sights there are to see in Windhoek, and some restaurants and coffee shops. I got e-mails with two different unit numbers so there was some confusion at the check-in which one was the correct one. Also, the electric meter was not "filled up" so the security person had to contact the property manager to do that in order for us not to run out...

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Barend's property. It was clean, spacious and well furnished. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We especially appreciated how well the air conditioning worked since we rarely experienced that at the other lodges around Namibia. The guard to The Village was helpful too. 「What surprised us most about this flat was its size. There was plenty of space for two people to get lost in. Plus a lock up garage. It is tastefully decorated and in excellent condition. There are views directly across to the beach and ocean. The only con was that the shower drained poorly, resulting in overflow starting to run down the hall - this was probably the result of a blocked drain and hopefully management (whom we informed) promptly rectified the issue.」
