Water did not work did not no tell it was time to take a shower that night had to move to another room an the toilet was mess up in that room report it no service tell I call again the next day when was told they was coming toaddress it

The first night we were there, the first room they put us in had a clogged sink in the bathroom. In the second room, the locks did not work in the safe or the sliding door. The third room was bearable. But dirty. Rusty towel holders, cobwebs with bugs in them in kitchen, and hair on wall in the shower. The manager said she would call me to comp us somehow, but never did. Will not stay again.

There was no water pressure and the a/c did not work right. Lock box was broke. Other than that it was a nice room with a great view.

Property should improve on front desk representatives. A few of them aren’t very welcoming and act as if they don’t want be there. Overall the room and hotel was nice. Just could use a little improvement on the customer service.

Property is under construction and in need of major repairs. They failed to let us know there was construction going on til after we checked in and walked over and seen it. It's very noisy in the day time with the construction.

The resort and our room was dirty. I realize this is an older resort but there is no excuse for there to be dirt on the floor from not being vacuumed properly. example behind behind doors and under tables. The sink in the bathroom was clogged when we arrived . The front desk seemed to not care about the situation or when the issue would be resolved. I had to asked to be moved to another room. There was however one lady, her name was Hattie who was concerned and saw that someone assisted us to being moved to another room.

Room was old, smelled, tile coming off the walls. The remodel of the room looks like it was all peace together with leftover material from other rooms. Very disappointed in the rooms ☹️

The Jamaican rooms are located in the smaller hotel. This area is under construction caution tape and workers patching up. Scaffolding pieces. My room needed to be swept and mopped used my personal wipes to clean up the floor. The kitchenette area had a big brown bug crawling around. The sink started dripping. Something bit me. I won’t stay at the smaller location but maybe the bigger tower.

Horrible experience. Stayed at Jamaica side and it's filthy and outdated. No water pressure. Key cards didn't work. I don't recommend.

When arriving you can park in the front entrance in a max 15 min spot to go check in and unload your vehicle. By the elevators is where you get your luggage rollers to assist with baggage . Check in was a breeze I paid through a third party site. You do have to leave a $100 deposit by credit card once you arrive. It is refundable. Starbucks and Ben & Jerry’s is directly across from the hotel. Along with easy parking in a garage. My room had full kitchen and dining area. Overall it was a great stay. Direct oceanfront. With closeness to beach entrance on side of hotel. Clean and no issues. Will stay again.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Friendly and very helpful!!! Location is awesome. All the pools are great. Could use some updates but it is nothing major. I would also recommend a few more designated smoking areas.

Instead of a room in the main hotel, we were given a room in an auxiliary building called the Jamaican. The building is old and under repair. There was yellow tape wrapped around support areas. Temporary support beams were on the ground floor. We were told the room had an ocean view. Instead of the ocean, there was a huge Green bucket truck and a big blue debris dumpster. We could see the ocean from the balcony at an angle. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was no way to charge our phones and iPad. I had charging cords, but there was only one charging port in a lamp which charged very slowly. The room was not remotely similar to advertising photos. I would never have paid as much for the room we were given. The experience was disappointing.

Check in was a disaster. They were not ready at all for the spring break crowd and just found it acceptable for us to wait 6 hours to get our room key. Pools aren’t the greatest but do, and the hot tubs were not all that hop in April.

Did see 2 ro a roaches. Expedia Ms led me I booked the oceanfront and ended up with a villa across the street and had to plead and beg and negotiate to get an Oceanfront Room for one room but I paid for two rooms the price was too high for the accommodation. the Hotel staff was helpful but Expedia was misleading intentionally and should credit me $200 or so because my room quote was 543 for 2 nights but ended up being ,$699!? That wasn't fair! Please advise... Adam

Rooms with kitchenette were nice. However, nothing was plugged in and couldn't get it to work. The tub wouldn't drain. Were told we had an ocean view and we did but on the side not from facing. Loved all the pillows on the bed and it was pretty comfortable. Check in was easy but I didn't like that you had to park across the street and walk because it was hard to find a luggage cart. Loved the spacious room, normally it is hard to get around the beds but this gave you plenty of room. Easy to find.

Rooms in the Jamaican are in a totally separate building separated by another property. Parking is tough, only a few spots next to building, everything else is across the street. Building is old, and updates have not been made. We had a newly repaired ceiling in our room and there was drywall dust all over the bed spreads. Bathroom was tiny, and in need of repairs from water damage. Outdoor pools were not yet open but indoor pools were kind of dirty. Luckily the beach is just steps away and we spent most of our free time there. Hotel is very close to Broadway at the Beach and the strip is walkable with tons of shops and restaurants.

This was a nice property with lots of amenities. The staff was all very helpful and friendly even if just seeing them in the elevator. The room had all we needed, although it had a mild smokey smell to it. Beautiful view, nice kitchen, clean bathroom, beds were decent (heavier adults should not expect to sleep on the Murphy bed bc it has a thinner mattress). The pools were all very nice and they clean them every morning. The weekend was very crowded but during the week it was peaceful. The beach is right there and lovely. Chair rentals are $40 a day, so go to Eagles and buy a $14 chair if you are there for a few days and want a chair. Restaurant next door was very good and great view. Convenient to everything and plenty of parking next door - you will need to drive to most places.
