新しくはないが清潔なホテル
ムアル自体小さな街なので迷うほどホテルもないのですが、ここは値段の割に広くて清潔な部屋だったので安心しました。 シャワーもしっかり熱いお湯が出ます。 窓から橋と川が見えて夜景がとても綺麗だったのが嬉しかったです。 バスロータリーからも近くて便利でした。

room quite noisy (noise from just outside the window) possibly aircon compressor. Room n bathroom door in very bad condition. hardly any space to put toiletries near bathroom sink. Spacious room but gives a spartan feeling

Facilities shown in photos not available eg table side lamp, mini fridge, tooth brush & paste, also no cupboard but only provided a stand. Not a 3 star hotel to me!

We have to pay the extra bath towel for rm5, not pay to front desk but to housekeeping and no receipt.

The location. I booked for family room for 4 of us with 2 double beds. The room is huge & clean with the amazing view of the centre of Muar town and facing Muar river & straits of Malacca. My room no is 709. The view is like in the middle of the junction. But it is 😊 The staff are all with the smiling face 👍. And the bell boy also help me a lot to carry my stuff. Tyvm. No breakfast served but within walking distance you can find many eateries nearby. All the famous local food nearby. Lobby is small and they also selling the souvenier product of the famous coffee in town 434. Only the downside is the water pressure is low while taking bath.

Unexpected room.Feeling persecuted.
Bathroom clean. The room I got was not as I expected. I feel like I was cheated. Very very hard to get car park.

short trip to muar
great location - literally feet away from the Clock Tower, cheap eateries i.e the night food market at the Bus Terminal. the hotel was kind to obliged my request for a late check-out. room was small but clean and tidy with amenities and a great view of the river and bridge. friendly staff with information about local food joints. will definitely stay here again when in Muar.

Gd news & not so gd news
Love the serene view of the bridge across the Muar river which is beautifully lit at night. The tv screen in the room is too small with only 4 miserable channels & does not hv even hv the country's news channel !

Location good, walking distance to night market. Lobby sales of local delicacy is a plus. Only feedback rooms need to be improved with bigger TV and more channel , time to do renovation.

Location is good, nearby to most famous places and eateries. Rooms although old but clean, only that too old that things such as, cabinet and toilet doors really need to change. Beds are comfortable but in the family room we stayed, the position of the aircon unit is not so good as it is blowing directly onto the beds. Overall is a ok place to stay for a night to explore Muar!

That room which we stayed over two nights got ants crawling over our food and our drinking cups on the table. There must be Ant nests somewhere inside the room or from outside area. An horrible experience after awake in the morning.
