気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
The staff were very welcoming, but the elevator was out of service, causing a wait of at least 5 minutes in the morning to go down for breakfast. If you're staying on a lower-level floor, you might get stuck since the elevator is always full. We stayed for three nights, and our room wasn't cleaned or serviced at all during that time. When we spoke to the front desk, they said they were busy and to let them know if we needed towels or other items. But who is supposed to take out the trash, replace old towels, vacuum the floor, and handle other housekeeping duties?
