良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

施設は綺麗でスタッフの方の対応も問題ありません。中央駅に近いというのも大変便利でした。強いて挙げれば、入り口からレセプションへ向かう際、階段を通らねばならず大きなスーツケースがある時は辛いものがあります。チェックアウト後はスタッフの方が手伝ってくれて問題ありませんでした。

ミラノ中央駅からすぐなので夜到着でも安心でした。ホテルはキレイで、お部屋にスリッパやバスローブもありました。朝食は7時からなのに5分くらい遅れてました。そして品数も出揃っておらず。唯一のマイナスはそれくらいですが、とにかく便利で良かったです。

何回となく、利用させてもらってますのミラノ中央駅にほぼ隣接しているので、夜遅く到着しても安心です。清潔で、サービスも問題ありませんが、お風呂や洗面の排水に時間がかかることが不満点です。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

中央駅から徒歩で5分以内と、立地は問題なし。道路も石畳でない箇所が多く、スーツケース転がすのに苦労は少ないです。ただし、ホテルのフロントが地下で、大きなホテルなのにエレベーター無く、階段降りての出入りとなるため、大きな荷物を持っての移動は大変でした。部屋の設備など特段の問題も無く、快適に過ごせました。朝食は、種類目豊富で毎日楽しめます。設備と価格でみると、また泊まりたいです。

冷蔵庫さえちゃんとしてたら満点です。

一泊のみの滞在でしたが、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。保冷剤の冷凍をお願いしたところ快く引き受けてくださいました。とても残念だったのが、（これがミラノ流かどうかはわかりませんが）冷蔵庫が全く冷えていなかったことです。スーパーでプロシュートとチーズを購入して朝食べることが楽しみだったのですが、冷えていなかったので若干の不安を感じました

チェックイン後にアップグレードが付与されたか、とメールが来たので、されてない旨連絡し、ホテルから、「何か確認できるかみてみます」と返信まで来たのに結局何もなかったです。満室であれば振り分けられないのは理解できますが、アップグレードがどうか、何とかしてみます、のようなメールが来て結局ないのであれば、「空いてたら」のGold会員特典ときっぱり伝えてくれた方がましで期待だけさせないでほしかったです。

ここ数年、年末年始に宿泊しています。ホテルのフロントが入口より階段を下り入っていくようになっているため、これまではチャックインする際はベルボーイの方が荷物を持ってくださっていたのが、今回はベルを鳴らしたにもかかわらず来てもらえなかったのは残念でした。

中央駅から近くて、到着後徒歩で行けます、ホテルがとても綺麗で、部屋も広々で、二つのスーツケースが楽に広げます、浴槽もあります。中央駅地下もホテルの近くもスーパーがあって便利です。

駅から近かった。入り口やフロントは狭かったが、部屋は広かった。バスタブもあり、モダンな内装でした。朝食つきにしましたが、Eatalyとコラボしているとかで、どれもおいしかったです。

中央駅に近い高級ホテル

ミラノ中央駅のそばということでこのホテルを選びました。高級ホテルだけに部屋はきれいです。設備も整っているし、快適な宿泊ができました。早朝発で朝食が食べられないと言うと、朝食ボックスを用意してくれました。味は良くないですが、親切です。ジムはありますが、とても狭いです。とりあえず筋トレは出来ますが。
