素敵な旅行になりました

スタッフの方がフレンドリーで、丁寧でした。朝食がとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方が作ってくれるカプチーノは絶品だした。メトロの駅から近く、便利な場所にありました。目の前にスーパーマーケットもあります。是非また利用したいです。

ミラノ中央駅から徒歩で１５分くらいの場所にあります。近くにはスーパーが２件あり、身の回りの物やお土産を買うことができました。部屋もきれいで広く、WiFiもよくつながりました。朝食は７時３０分からでしたが、朝、飛行機の時間から早く出発したいと告げたところ、７時１５分ころには朝食の準備をしてくれ助かりました。ただ、エレベータがないので、荷物を階段で運ぶ必要があります。また、トラムに面しているので、その音がちょっと気になりました。

とても一つ星とは思えないホテル

トラムとメトロが近く、またミラノチェントラーレまで旅行荷物を持っても歩いて15分でした。またスーパーマーケットが目の前にあり便利です。ただ、夜のメトロPastur駅周辺は物騒な気配がします。あまり旅行者は出歩かない方がいいでしょう。予定のチェックイン時間よりも早く部屋に入れてくれました。スタッフは昼も夜も丁寧でフレンドリーで信用できます。 I enjoyed my stay, thanks million!

内装が白を基調とした、清潔感のあるホテル

場所はちょっと治安が悪いところにあるのかもしれないが、内部は清潔感があってかなりきれい。従業員の対応は、かなり良い。イタリアで初めての一人宿泊であって、言語など少々不安なところがあったが、英語対応が完璧で、笑顔が素敵で、初心者でも問題なかった。

ビジネスライクに便利なホテル

メトロ駅から遠くないし、朝食こそないが、大変に実用的。設備に関しても価格からすると納得できる。リーズナブルで、また泊まろうという気になる。

素泊まりなら充分必要最低限はあります。ネットが有料なのが残念フロントの人も一生懸命対応してくれたしほとんど問題なし向かいにスーパーもあるので長期で滞在するにも良いと思います

地下鉄駅「Pasteur駅」まで5分で便利なプチホテル

ホテルのオーナー（おじさん＆おばさん）親切だが英語は通じない。シングルで６号室、狭いが部屋は清潔、お湯も量も十分。バスマット～バスタオルまで４種毎日代えてくれて快適。冷蔵庫はなし、エアコン今回使わなかった。窓開けると見晴らしが良い分けでは無いがイタリアらしい景色で気持ちが良い。向かいにスーパーマーケット、となりに中華料理屋が有ってとても便利。地下鉄の「Pasteur駅」まで5分、「中央駅」も15分くらいで歩いていける便利さ。

Reasonable Hotel

The room is ok for us two persons, although the building is old but facilities are quite ok. Location is good, nearby the Central Station, and convenient to go to bus station. The receptionists are very helpful. Breakfast is simple but reasonable, the service is from 07:300, therefore might not be suitable for person who will leave earlier. Supermarket is just cross the street, only pity is the noise from tram may wake you up in the early morning.

Все и привет! Хочу сказать спасибо хозяевам отеля огромное спасибо! Отель не большой, но очень уютный, чистый. Персонал приветливый. Место нахождения замечательное. Рядом есть магазин с продуктами. Станции метро, вокзала, центр, все очень рядом! Советую этот отель!

L'hotel è internamente nuovo, ben arredato. Il servizio è buono, non ha molte stanze e il personale è cortese. L'unica pecca sono le finestre delle stanze che non isolano molto dal rumore esterno, cosa che può dar fastidio visto che passa il tram a fianco. In complesso molto buono

Value for money

Great value for money, it’s a small family run hotel by very friendly locals. Small breakfast in the morning was delicious. Very close to central station

I stayed here first when all the big hotels I usually stay at were full for design week, I’ve now returned several times! Charming family owned, clean, quiet & the minute walk to the metro is easier & cheaper than taxis!

A fair offering

Although a good distance from the centre and central railway, it is on a reasonably busy and safe feeling street and routes. The room and bathroom size and standard was fair for the price. Bed was comfortable and the very little noise, although my room was at the back. The staff were friendly and helpful, whether their english was good or not - i was trying to practice my italian anyway. There is a supermarket and good local restaurant across the street, and the breakfast is a reasonable offering. About on par for other hotels of the 7.5-8 rating in other cities.

Yhdenhengen huone aika pieni, mutta toimiva. Ei ehkä siistein mahdollinen. Aamupala ok. Sijainti kätevästi metropysäkin ja ratikan läheisyydessä. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Huone ihan rauhallinen. Antoi hyvän lähdön F1 viikonloppuun. Tänne voisin majoittua uudelleenkin.

Lovely little family run hotel.

Why this place is a one star is beyond me. Outstanding service from staff. My bed was one of the best I've slept in. Simple but adequate breakfast served. Easy to reach as there is a team stop right outside and a metro stop round the corner. Big supermarket outside if needed for snacks and drinks etc. If I ever return to Milan I would stay here again.

Personnel souriant et serviable. Wi-Fi fonctionnelle. Supermarché face à l'hôtel. Métro à 2 minutes à pied, tramway face à l'hôtel. Sèche-cheveux à disposition à l'accueil. Bagagerie gratuite. Chambre propre, lit confortable et refait chaque jour par le personnel. Douche fonctionnelle et chaude. Une couette et un coussin disponibles en plus dans la chambre Seule chose que je pourrais critiquer: l'insonorisation à améliorer

Buono ,ma...

Piccolo hotel con piccole stanze. Attrezzate però con tutto il necessario, e pulite. La zona è semicentrale e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, in particolare metropolitana ( fermata Pasteur) e tram. Il passaggio di quest'ultimo è rumoroso per chi ha una stanza che dà sull'esterno; quindi meglio chiedere subito una interna. Molti ristoranti, bar,e supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze. Disagi : l'albergo è senza ascensore e non fornisce colazione. Il prezzo forse un po' alto per una struttura ad una sola stella. Il riscaldamento ,infine, è centralizzato e ad orari fissi; d'inverno, perciò, non è sempre confortevole.

Not too shabby.

Although undergoing renovations, the hotel was both clean and comfortable. The staff had limited English but were very friendly and helpful. The room was unfortunately quite loud with tram tracks right outside the building, which shook the room as a tram passed. There was also a lot of noise from a local bar or restaurant late into the early hours on one of the nights that we stayed. All in all the stay was clean, comfortable and not unpleasant, however perhaps not for lighter sleepers!

They carried my heavy luggage. Very nice.

My heavy luggage was carried up and down the stairs from ground floor to first level and back to help me. This was very nice und unexpected. I had not even asked for it but thankful for the help. I am very thankful to Edoardo and another person for doing this. I have extra luggage and they did this readily and without complaints or expecting a tip. The lady owner was also very nice at all times. They also allowed me to leave two of my bags for a couple of hours on last day when I moved. On the other hand the non-refundable cancelation can be a problem. I lost nearly 50 euro even as I alerted two weeks earlier I was not going to show up for first night but I understood the rules and did not complain to them. The room I had was I think a bit too small for the price. I am in another hotel with a bigger room for lower price including breakfast also in a nicer area, with elevator. I moved as they had a sell out for the next days. Also, it is also not really "due passi" from central station. I had thought it was much closer. Also remodeling work during the day, tramway noise at night kept it noisy but looks like it was about to be finished. Couple of mosquitoes got into room last night and caught me unprepared but this was not hotel fault. Had to leave light on. Milan roofs are very high so I could see them, not kill them. Windows in this city seem not to have protection nets like in southern US. First two nights they had not bothered me but they made the last one hard.

No cambian las sabanas ni cuando se ensucian

La verdad buena ubicacion personal amable pero la habitacion y la limpieza muy pobre. No cambian las sabanas ni cuando estan sucias. No tiene secador ni comodidades la habitacion. Para el precio bastante mal.

Personale simpatico, cortese, disponibile. La mia camera (singola) era molto piccola (tanto in camera ci si dorme, non ci si deve giocare a calcio…) , ma molto pulita. Stessa cosa il bagno, con biancheria piacevolmente profumata di pulito. L'aria condizionata molto efficiente ha reso respirabile una giornata che più afosa non si sarebbe potuto trovare. Unico appunto al letto e testiera che, non reciprocamente ancorati, si muovevano un po' troppo per conto loro….. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale.

Excelente hotel para descubrir Milán

El hotel está un poco alejado de la estación de trenes Milano Centrale (alrededor de 20 minutos caminando) y alejada del centro, pero se compensa al estar cercana a una estación del metro y que la zona es tranquila. Además se localiza frente a un supermercado donde se pueden conseguir alimentos y bebidas a buen precio.

Very noisy and outdated

Did not have a nice experience. Too noisy and it's outdated. The nice thing are the staff, they were very friendly.

Accettabile solo in caso di estrema necessita'

Pagare 130 euro notte per una camera in questo Hotel e' stato un autentico furto (pare per colpa della fiera del mobile, prezzo comunque assurdo). Il prezzo massimo accettabile e' 50 euro/notte.
