居心地よいホテル
ホテルスタッフは、フロントや朝食係りなど、すべて非常に親切で良かったです。居心地の良いホテルという印象です。部屋も広く、ほぼ静かで全く問題ありません。特に、朝食のメニューは豊富で、とても満足いくものでした。

受付の対応が良かった。二日目には顔を覚えて対応をしてくれたのが良かった。 朝食は毎日同じ内容で、ハムとチーズ、パンにクロワッサン、ヨーグルト、シリアル、フルーツ。パンはドイツの方がおいしい。 最も狭い部屋を選んだが、便座の前が壁であり、また、シャワー室も狭いため、少し体の大きな方には不便を感じると思う。 寝るためのホテルとしては十分。

地下鉄の駅からも近く、そばにスーパーもあり便利。 土曜日の朝には近所で市（生活雑貨）が出ているし、カドルナ駅行きのバスも近くから出ている。

Walking distance to the Duomo and to the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie where the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci is located. Parking was a bit difficult...

room small and next to the elevator so noisy when the elevator was moving. Bathroom was tiny and the shower was smaller than the one in my motor home

Hotel on a very busy major thoroughfare. Traffic all night long. Very noisy. Bed was very hard, uncomfortable. The front desk attendants were unhelpful and rude. Would not stay here again. On the plus side, subway was an easy walk. Breakfast was fine. There was a "local market" set up on Thursday. Fresh food, apparel, and flea market items.

Eravamo lì per un intervento in ospedale e ci serviva passare la notte fuori..Al check in ci era stato detto che non avremmo pagato la tassa di soggiorno (ci hanno fatto compilare 2 moduli) e invece al check out ci hanno richiesto la tassa di uno di noi..Poco chiari e trasparenti..per il resto nulla da dire..ambiente tranquillo!

Excelente opção próxima ao centro
Excelente opção, próxima ao centro de Milão e com acesso fácil e rápido por metrô, sem pagar os preços de hotéis do centro. Café da manhã muito bom. Pessoal simpático e muito atencioso. O único senão é o tamanho mínimo do box do chuveiro, tornando o banho desconfortável. A feira de alimentos, comidas, roupas e brinquedos que acontece em alguns dias próximo ao hotel é muito boa. Lugar bom para comprar roupas de frio mais baratas.

Front desk staff are courteous and professional. Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel room smells and looked clean. Metro and tram walkable. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Excellent location for all tourist sites and public transport. Staff are wonderful - pleasant and helpful. Room staff do a great job with plenty of fresh linen every day. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

The property was dated and the rooms including bathrooms were small but adequate to be fair. To be honest we did not really stay in the room only used it to sleep. They were clean and fully serviced with clean sheets both days - we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was limited to continental - nothing warm / hot - although there were choices between cheese and ham, sweet items and fruit and cereals. Nothing displayed GF however upon asking I was provided with crackers and sweet biscuits. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A bar was signed although we never saw it open. The Metro (L2) was 4 mins walk and you could walk into the centre of Milan in 30 mins. All in all would recommend if you do not want a deluxe hotel.

The facilities are old, which causes some major problems (the AC does not work, the gave a fan), but its close to a Metro station that takes you directly to the train station and the major sights. The room is small but clean. It's a good last option if you are only looking for a place to sleep.

The men offices were friendly but the lady was quite :(. The most harmfull thing was that they turned off the aircondition at midnight - so it was really hot to sleep, ment that we could't sleep.

Hôtel qui mériterait une Renovation côté isolation des murs et fenêtres , bruit de la route , isolation phonique entre les chambres inexistante, de plus il faisait chaud et la climatisation était hors service Une note positive , le personnel est très gentil et agréable mention super à la personne du petit déjeuner qui fait tout pour que celui ci soit agréable et cerise sur le gâteau elle parle très bien le français , en conclusion ce n est pas un hôtel ou l on peut se reposer trop bruyant .
