Regarding amenities such as the pool, spa, and gym, you can access them directly on the 15th floor without the need for parking or a garage. The FOB is only necessary for going upstairs, not downstairs, so you won't be trapped when accessing the ground level or lobby. While we did refund your deposit on the day of check-out, please note that it may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account (excluding weekends). We value your input and hope you had a wonderful time in Miami!
