ベッドの枕が臭くて使えなかった！　枕カバーで無くて枕自体が臭い! 残念… スタッフのトレーニング出来てない子が多い。　笑顔少なく、声が小さくて聞こえないです。　コロナ前の方が全て良かった。

とても静かなホテルです。ゆっくり滞在したい人にはおすすめです。プールサイドから聞こえるのは鳥のさえずりと波音、こんな贅沢な時間を過ごせるなんて凄く幸せなひと時でした。朝食もとても美味しくどれを食べても美味しかったです。ディナーもホテルのレストランseasaltを利用しました。料理は美味しかったのですがメニューが少ない。3泊していましたので飽きがきました。個人的にはアリラスミニャックのseasaltのが方が好きです。アリラマンギスのseasaltはappetizerをもっと考えて欲しい。海が近いので海の幸を使用してマグロ料理とか出して欲しい。

シャワーの出が悪いです。身体を洗うのに時間がかかる… レストランが一箇所だけしかなくホテル近くに食べる店もないので、レストランのメニューが豊富にあると良いです。

心地好いホテルでした

こちらの宿泊のお客様は物静かな感じの方が多かった事もあり、とてもゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました。少し残念でした点は、ホテルでお願いしたドライバーさんの運転には車酔いしてしまい約一時間辛い時間となってしまいました。

ずっとゴロゴロするのに最高のホテル

スタッフもご飯もサービスも最高です。自然のなかでゴロゴロするのに最適、周りには何もないので、どっか行く時はホテルからの送迎を頼みます。

居心地の良い明るいホテル

部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて、必要最小限という感じでしたが、ホテル内のプールやレストラン、海辺などで気持ち良く過ごせるホテルでした。必要以上のサービスはありませんが、それがかえって居心地がよかったです。

ここよりも高級なホテルは多数あり、今までバリで１０か所以上のホテルに泊まりましたが、居心地の良さでは群をぬいていいです。レストランのクオリティも素晴らしく、この料金のホテルの中ではコストパフォーマンス最高だとおもいます。

とにかく最高　のんびりしたいならここで

2012年9月に3泊しました。ホテルの周りはあまり何もないですが、ホテルにたくさんアクティビティがあるし、何よりプールが最高なので全然退屈しなかったです。アクティビティは料理教室がおすすめ。早起きして市場に向かい料理に使う食材のお勉強、その後はすばらしい景色のなかでのチャンプル作り。石臼ひいてサンバルから作りました。最高の思い出になりました。プールサイドでは毎日アフタヌーンティサービスがあります。その場でつくってもらえるハーバルティにとても癒やされました。朝食はビュッフェではなく、毎日メニューから選ぶ方式です。どれもおいしかったです。エッグベネディクトはとくに最高でした。今までのバリ島の中で最高のホテルです。次回はぜひ一週間以上滞在したいと思います。

alila manggis 素晴らしい休暇をすごしました。

2012/2/26-3/1の4泊5日を20代後半女性１人で参加しました。日本では現地（alilaグループの、のようです）の日本人スタッフと日本語で連絡可能です。送迎について連絡したところ、すぐに返信いただきました。ただ、今回は行き違いがあり行きの空港からの送迎は受けられませんでした。ちなみにairport taxiでRp335,000でした。 alilaで頼むと表記によるとRp400,000とのことです。空港からのアクセスはどうしても遠いですが、それはもちろん仕方がありません。 GA881を利用したので18：15にはtaxiに乗り、ホテル到着は20：55でした。ホテルのスタッフは皆とても礼儀正しく、フレンドリーで安心できました。私の期待したとおり、日本人は他に一組もいなかったようで、ホテルでの会話は１００％英語です。私の英語はとてもつたないですが、それでも乗り込む気合いのある方でなければおすすめしません。英語が全くしゃべれない方はやめたほうがいいと思います。部屋は確かに二人で過ごすにはかなりコンパクトです。一人旅にはとても快適でした。ちなみに、バスタブはありません。プール→シャワーという流れでお風呂気分を味わうかんじでしょうか。蚊は思ったよりも被害をうけませんでした。が、虫除けを使わなかったら一度に３箇所さされたので虫除けは必須です。ちなみに、虫さされに気づいたスタッフさんは必ず無視笹レセプトをぬってくださいました。部屋には大きなアプローチが持ちする蚊取り線香がサービスで備え付けられている（線香置きは一つ）ので、日本から持っていく必要はありません。ホテルの小職は他の方が書いている通りとてもおいしかったです。そして、ここのスタッフは基本的に同じ人がずっといてくれるので、とても安心です。実際、レストランのスタッフは5日間ずっと同じ人がいてくれ、場合によっては同じものでいいかと聞いてくれたりといったきめ細かいサービスを受けることができました。アクティビティもスパも満足しました。短期間にいろいろと回りたい方には向かないのかもしれませんが、とにかくゆっくりしたい方には最適です。私は必ず次回バリに来るとしたらリピートします。ありがとうございました。

All good, but probably a little over-rated

Clean, relaxing stay at Alila Manggis. Different experience staying so close to the sea. At night, I could hear the strong waves crashing onto the breakwater fronting the resort. Service staff was impeccable - they tidied our room twice in a day! I think they also made it a point to know the names of guests and the room they stay. The only little hiccup was that our booking came with breakfast included. However, upon check-in, and at both mornings that we went for breakfast, we were informed we didn't have breakfast included. After explaining that we had, they checked and promptly resumed their service without further probing. Some miscommunication there, perhaps, but it would have been good if this didn't happen. Walk out to the warungs and spa just outside of the resort for more authentic local food and massage though (at a fraction of the price in the resort too).

I love everything about this hotel. The design is elegant, minimalistic, and timeless. The grounds are stunning; the pool view alone is worth a visit. The thing that really makes the Alila stand out, though, is the staff. The service is impeccable. Everyone goes out of the way to make sure you’re taken care of, but the thing that sets this hotel apart from other amazing hotels is that it comes from a place of genuine care. The people who work there seem to treat looking after others not as a job but as more of a calling. It’s extraordinary, really. I think it’s part of what makes you feel so relaxed while you’re there. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, I’d say that staying at this hotel is positively soul filling. It’s one of my all-time faves.

Tranquil and restorative escape

Idyllic resort, delightful staff, scrumptious food. Hard to leave the resort as it was so heavenly. An absolutely beautiful eight days. We have decided to return next year.

Relaxing stay

Amazing staff, amazing grounds and amenities, a fantasic place to relax or to use as a base for lots of activities. Only wish that there were ceiling fans, mosquito nets, or something so that we didn’t have to sleep with the AC.

A little Paradise

I stayed superior room and suite. Superior room was adequate with spacious outdoor sitting area. Suite was a fantastic with sea view, huge balcony and big bathroom. Hotel ground, huge swimming pool, restaurant and bar were absolutely beautiful right by the sea. I was happy that my toddlere was able to run around. Hotel staff were calm kind, attentive and always smiling. It was one of the impressive resorts I stayed. Highly recommend

Lugnt och fint hotell med bra service. Lite dyrare priser i restaurang och för aktiviteter.

Un séjour très agréable

Un grand jardin qui ouvre sur la mer. Une très belle piscine bordée de cocotiers comme dans une carte postale. Un grand calme mais si on le souhaite de nombreuses activités proposées par une équipe dynamique (snorkeling et rafting pour nous). Gentillesse du personnel et excellent restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié. Les chambres sont agréables mais un peu petites. Candidasa est tout petit, et il n’y a pas de plage. Un séjour très agréable

Absolutely amazing from start to finish!

The service is brilliant and there are lots of lovely extra touches. The (free) yoga and tai chi sessions were great, it was only my boyfriend and myself taking part both times. We watched a movie outdoors on our first night, had (free) tea and cake by the pool every afternoon. The food in the restaurant is superb; breakfast, lunch and dinner! We did the snorkelling excursion which was lovely and they had a picnic breakfast waiting for us on the boat when we got out of the water. Easily our favourite hotel ever. Can't wait to go back!
