Great location for our WTR event. Breakfast ok, hot food needs to be hot, but used microwave so ok. Decent selection. A bit noisy in hotel after 2330, could have quiet hour policy enforced. Room comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. Clean, staff helpful.

It was a good hotel for a one night stay. Our bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. The free breakfast was not great and some of the hot food options were cold. The set up could be better as the line got very long on a Sunday morning. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub as it was over run by small kids in town for some tournament. They were in the hot tub without adults, so we just passed but the area looked nice.

It is nothing special. The pool is cold and half the hot tub jets don’t work. The pillows are very lumpy. The shower takes a long time to heat up. The staff members were unpleasant at check in.

Needs a bit of updating. Jacuzzi in room is interesting. Group there was loud and front desk staff needs to monitor and get involved in control. Had to move rooms to a more quiet location.

Wasn’t able to sleep at all due to partying throughout the entire floor. Called the desk twice- basically told “sorry, too bad, we can’t do anything”. My daughter had an important meet the next day and was affected by the poor service. Called for manager. Left 2 messages. No response. Will never stay here again.

The breakfast was great! The pool was great! The room was dirty in the corners and a little slimy around the shower and in the bathroom. The shower fixtures leaked and we were promised a fix in 20 minutes. The repair man never returned. I checked in around midnight and waited about 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The desk clerk told me "I was in the bathroom" as if I needed to hear that. The ladies that tended the breakfast room were amazing! They kept it clean and stocked. Each table carefully cleaned after each guest! Good job!

The nice lady was warming and welcoming so was the gentleman there as me and wife were arriving! The two of them even upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite! Awesome!

It was very clean and friendly staff. The only issue was that you can hear the walking on the above floor. I could not sleep due to the stomping of the above floor.

Unclean and bad service.
There was someone else’s hair all over the shower. Not just a little, a lot of 10 inch or longer dark hair that should have been easy to see. We arrived early and waited until we were told the room had been inspected as ready and clean. I went to get ready for our evening event and found all the hair in shower. We had limited time at this point and cleaned it ourself to get ready to go. Then on way out for evening I discussed it with front desk. They seemed unwilling to do anything except let the cleaning people know about it. Plus as I was out of view, proceeding to talk as they didn’t care about helping customers like me. After returning we found a bug in the bathroom also. The tv speaker was not working properly either. We have had it with any comfort suites property. We will not stay in them again. I see hotel.com as somewhat of a dis advantage in getting the best service or experience at a hotel.

Room to just sleep
Our room was 4 rooms from the pool. A young soccer girls team were running around late night from the pool. Making noise in the hall. We also had many fruit flies in our room.
