They cancelled my appointment because they told us the manager put on a blacklist, but the manager nevet told us we did anything against the hotel's policy to get on the blacklist. When an Expedia representative called about the hotel initiated cancellation, they told the representative we tried to check-in early which was not true because we tried to check-in at 8 pm. This was a BIG inconvenience, and I am very disturbed this incident happened.
