親切な男性フロントマン
ハリウッド観光をメインに据えてる方はかなり立地が良く、お値段も安いのでオススメです。外の音（怒鳴り声、パトカー？などのサイレンの音）が聞こえるので最初は少しビビりましたが、そのうち慣れました。 ベッドメイキングなどキチンとされるし、チャックインの際の男性がかなり日本人の対応に慣れており親切で安心感がありました。 部屋が広く、古い感じはありますがきれいに掃除されています！

hollywoodの便利なホテル
安くて便利。部屋も綺麗。近くにコンビニやレストランも多い。従業員も親切な対応。過ごしやすかった。自販機がつぶれていて買えなかったのが残念。

アクセス抜群のホテル
Hollywoodの観光施設やレストランまで徒歩10分程度の場所に立地しており、周りの治安も悪くなかったので遅くまで出歩くことが出来た。部屋は広く、ベッドも清潔である程度は快適に過ごすことが出来た。従業員もフレンドリーでよかった。 一方、水回りは清潔にはされているものの、年季が入っているのが目立った。また、ドライヤーが使えなかった点が残念だった。目の前の道路が交通量が多いので、遅くまで治安が悪くならないと感じた一方、寝るときも人の声や車の音が騒々しかった。安さ重視の人、潔癖症でない人はある程度快適に過ごせると思った。

値段との兼ね合いではこんなものかなと思います。部屋は床がところどころふわふわしていて不安定で浮いているみたい。壁が薄くて隣の声がまる聞こえ。朝食はコーヒーとドーナツのみ。駐車場は１０ドル/１日に税金で１２ドル/１日でホテルの裏側にあるが狭くて入れにくい。ハリウッドのメイン通りに近く歩いて行ける距離なので便利であった。部屋からの電話は市内通話のみ。受付で借りてロングディスタンスを掛けた。受付の人はスマホを持っていて英語がわからなくても通訳するので会話ができる。まったく英語を話さない中国人がチェックインしていたがそれで解決していた。

コスパ良くない
ハリウッドから近く立地は良かったがコスパが良くなかった。Wi-Fiが無料じゃないのも残念。他の宿泊者が喧嘩して怒号が飛び交うなど夜怖かった。

立地はかなり良いです。古い佇まいで心配になりますが、掃除は行き届いていて不潔しませんでした。 フロントの人の英語が聞き取りにくかったですが、シャワーの使い方など絵を書いて親切に教えてくれました。

Si bien el personal siempre fue accesible, la habitación estaba en condiciones poco favorables; la alfombra se veía sucia, había basura debajo de la cama y había un olor a cigarro terrible al interior de la habitación. La zona en la cual se encuentra el hotel es muy oscura y sucia, pero en ningún momento nos sentimos inseguros, pudimos caminar por la noche sin mayor problema. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, ya que tiene cerca el paseo de la fama y Universal Studios queda a menos de 20 minutos en carro. Esta fue la primera ocasión en la que realizo una reserva por medio de Expedia y caí en el juego de palabras, ya que en el anuncio del hotel mencionan que tienen "estacionamiento disponible" pero no incluido en la cuota por hospedaje, por lo que se debe pagar una cantidad extra por día, aunado a que es muy difícil hacer maniobras en el estacionamiento por el reducido tamaño de los cajones. Es un buen lugar si se utiliza solo para dormir y si se viaja con adultos de mediana edad debido a la relación Ubicación- Precio. NO recomiendo el lugar para familias o personas mayoras

I got what I paid for when I paid $80 for a motel in the middle of hollywood so I can’t complain THAT much. I paid for a 1 bedroom and for some reason got a 2 bedroom room free of charge, weird. There was a really strong and thick language barrier between the staff and I but checking in was easy I guess. The room itself was clean and organized, the TV didn’t want to turn on so that sucks.

They charge for everything. Prices don’t match the website. Roll away beds are listed online for $25.00 but they charge $30.00 per night.

Asked the clerk for wifi access he stated "ok I'll get you access. " it never happened. Parking is a disaster, area is so tiny to even pay for parking and it still didn't make me feel safe.

Al lado del propio hotel había un campamento con tiendas de campaña de drogadictos... horrible. Por el resto, normal, no esperábamos más por el importe que se pagó, la habitación bastante correcta, tenía aire acondicionado y nevera.

A nice old place. Needs a little updating, but the manager (or owner) was very friendly and accommodating. His helper on the other hand- not so friendly.. This place is very well located if you want to walk the Walk of Fame, and be within a couple of blocks from many Hollywood landmarks. Parking is tight but very safe.

The place is perfectly located. It’s 10 minutes walk to the walk of fame in Hollywood. The only thing is the homeless people literally outside the property so it makes it a bit unsafe and uncomfortable. Nothing against the place tho. The staff was very friendly and the place overall great.

Cockroach on bed, unsafe neighborhood, had to leave the facility at midnight because several police vehicles arrive and a cockroach was on me when was asleep.

Impossible to sleep, as the beds are horrible, all night long there are sirens and cars revving their engines and doing burnouts. Booked two nights, but left after one, no refunds given. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.

This place had horrible reviews but for the location and price i gave them a chance and a great time. Water is hot and the heater and TV works. But this is a super cheap motel. Room was big and bed was comfortable. I didn't see any bed bugs on my stay.
