The hotel was beautiful but beyond that, every staff member from the doormen, to the concierge, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff all were completely focused on your needs and making your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible

This hotel is where the Royal family entertains and hosts its visitors to nearby Buckingham Palace because its location, staff, design and amenities are incomparable and the best place to stay in London. Amazing!
