Dear Gill, we are very sorry to read of this poor scoring. The listing precises that we do not have 24 hours front desk; there is a security person on duty during the night, as well as CCTV in all communal areas, so as far as safety goes you are well guarded. Myself and Francesco, yes, are on duty during the day only. We do not offer mid-stay room cleaning but upon request.
