テレビ横の電灯がつかなかった。日本ではほぼ０％だけれど、イギリスでは割と遭遇します。パジャマやアメニティがないのもイギリス（海外？）の当たり前なのでしょうね。違いも楽しむことにします。

空港から近いのが便利です。ホテル内にレストランもあるので良かったです。シャワーブースの仕切りが半分しかないので、バスルーム自体が水浸しになります。

2回目の利用です。空港すぐ近くなので非常に便利で、料金も手頃ですが他の同価格のホテルよりもやや高級感があり満足しています。ホテル内のレストランも満足できる味で立地を考えると値段も良心的〜やや割高くらいです。空港への行き来のバスの本数はあまり多くなく、人数によってはタクシーの方がお得なのは要注意です。

快適な滞在でした

オンラインでチェックインチェックアウトができて、空港にも近く、部屋も広くてきれいで快適した。ドアの立て付けは少し悪かったこと、ホテルの部屋までのアクセスは少し迷う可能性があります。ホテルの近くに飲食店やスーパーもあるので食事には困りません。ホテルの空港へのバスもありますが値段や時間的にも、通常の路線バスのほうが便利です。

ロンドン観光の初日に泊まりましたが選んで正解でした。部屋は広く清潔でリッチな気分になります。使い捨てのスリッパのおかげでリラックスできました。窓から空港の滑走路が見えて、世界中の航空会社の飛行機が離着陸するのを眺められて楽しかったです。騒音はそれほどでもなく、しっかり眠れました。朝食をつけるプランにしましたが、とてもおいしかったです。ビュッフェ形式だったのでお腹いっぱいになるし、食べ慣れないイギリスの料理を少し試すことができたのもよかったです。温かいものを温かいまま提供してくれていたので本当に満足しました。ヒースロー空港からはバスですぐ着き、ロンドン市内へのアクセスもいくつか選択肢があります。従業員の人たちも親切で気分良く泊まることができました。ありがとうございました。

　サービスがよく行き届いており、とても良くスッキリしたスタートを切れた。£14でしっかりとセルフサービス朝食を味わえるのも良い点だし、バス停から徒歩2-3分、ヒースロー空港から3駅目、と交通の便も良い。コストをかけて安心安全を、と言うのならば、このホテルは格別だし、おすすめしたい。あと、徒歩5分以内にポルトガル料理店とコンビニに近いスーパーマーケットがあるので、この点もおすすめだ。　逆に言えば、出だしのコストを控えたい方には大出費となることに注意せねばならない。例えば、ホテルのディナーは普通に品物と飲み物を注文すれば軽く£20を超えるし、近隣のレストランも相場が変わらない。値段を気にする方にはおすすめできないが、安心に背を変えられないとおっしゃる方には断然おすすめだ。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス

ヒースロー空港ターミナル3から近い距離にあるホテルでした。ホテルホッパーのバスを利用しましたが、歩いていける距離だったから利用しなくても良かったかもしれません。バスタブが無いのが残念でした。また、カーテンしてもシャワーの水が洗面台まで流れていたのでそこが改善して欲しいです。
